I've never been to Mitre 10 and I was surprised that it's easy to shop there for a non handy person. Got helpful advice and another item that I thought I'd get elsewhere. Thanks!

Helpful Staff. Relaxed atmosphere to shop in unlike the other green and red branded store. Don't get me wrong both serve a purpose but Mitre 10 have the better customer service.

Ordered on line easy, had trouble with order called fixed straight away Great service will be using again

Only go there occasionally, Horrible place to get in and out of.the road is so busy and the traffic lights all over the place don’t help.

This place has it all well all I wanted anyhow staff was great an very helpful will go back again as this is a better other hardware shop

Many thanks to Barbara and the team at this store. Barbara went beyond my expectations. Helped me get the product I needed. After visiting two opposition stores with little or no help. She made phone calls, checked her shelving after I was finally able to give her the name of the particular product. Read out the purpose of the product and what it consisted of to make sure it was what I was looking for. She was polite on the phone. Mitre Ten you need more stores locally. I’d shop at a mitre ten over an opposition any day. You’re also cheaper. I’m happy to drive the distance however for service like this. Keep up the good work

What a breath of fresh air, especially compared to their main competitor. FANTASTIC customer service, really trying to help you out. The staff I encountered at the trade desk were knowledgeable and the transaction such a breeze. I've had to now go and buy timber and and plaster products for a reno and it's just a world of difference to where I use to usually go. The team are doing a really great job.

Great staff and a great store, but S*** parking.
You have been warned if you go there during peak times because the parking and the traffic flow is abysmal it needs to be improved urgently.

Order a click amd collect on sunday, its now thursday and ive heard nothing. Emailed twice. Nothing on the website to say how long clicl.and collects take.surely not this long!

They had exactly what I needed with knowledgeable advice and assistance. And amazingly not too busy - win, win!

Click and collect worked well, in and out in a couple of mins, the email system seemed to work efficiently

So much better than the big greean shed. Not as much range but people here at Mitre10 know what they are selling and how to use it.if they donrlt have what you need they make calls to find out about stock and actually get back to you
Happy customer for 22yrs

Been there twice now trying to click and collect and they aren’t open, despite their hours listing they should be on the confirmation email. Minor inconvenience, but still a bit annoying.
My recommendation is probably call them before click and collecting to see if they are actually open. No problem with the service when they are actually open though.

Lately I ordered belt sender. I expected to wait at least couple of days which would be totally acceptable. To my amazement I received my order next morning. Thanks guys. I will definitely consider shopping with you with my next tool purchase.

So happy these guys are still surviving, even in lockdown. Can't beat smaller store customer service.
