During covid, they have been great with picking orders for drive and collect super fast and efficient

Ordered online to click and collect and the store didn't tell me the product wasn't in stock at the time. Now I have to wait a week or so for it to be delivered to the store. Not good enough!

Absolutely disgraceful. I rang them to confirm they had a weber bbq in stock and replied yeas. I then asked if they would price match and the answer was no. I still chose to go there and purchase it.when I arrived they had one on display but no stock. I then asked the same assistant that spoke to me on the phone, where the stock.she then pointed to another model. I advised her thats incorrect. She was only referring to a ticket in the wrong place. I needed the bbq so I purchased a more expensive model. $120 More. The assistant in the shop are simple people serving simple people who shop there. Mr Womersley should know better.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Clean store and well laid out, have an excellent range and prices are good too.

Nicely layed out store with plenty of parking. It has most things that I require, best of all the staff are cheerfully and eager to help. I use the store often and will continue to do so.

I went to bye a lawnmower the one l chose was the cheaper version due to my lack of funds when l went to bye pay l was told it was over six hundred dollars l was shocked it turned there displays are not the same as the prices displayed, all the displays were dirty and even when l first walked in l couldn't help notice all the windows were disgustingly grimy plus walk through the place and there was not one employee anywhere to be seen except for the cashiers l will never return!

Had a really good experience here today, the stuff are very helpful and price was very good! I wish I lived closer but I will be making the effort to come more.

I like this mitre 10 its normally quiet when i got there They have friendly and helpful staff. The store has a nice garden section. I bought some plants there. A nice outdoor decorative section too
