Can not recommend these guys more! I came in distressed with an issue on my phone on a Saturday and they were so amazing to deal with they got my services back up and running so quickly they were brilliant!

The minute I walked into the store I was greeted with a smile and a welcome by Nick. I wanted a cache for a 3-day old Telstra-bought mobile ZTE Blade which had drawn a blank at Telstra in Warragul who said it only had covers for the latest mobiles.
Anyway, the store manager immediately found a perfect cover for me. No sign of derision to someone who knows nothing about mobiles, just fantastic service! The staff obviously love working there! We live in a black spot area and don’t get to use mobiles much so they aren’t a familiar part of our day. Thank you to Nick and the store manager who I didn’t get the name of (she was like a whirlwind), - you are all fantastic!

The store and staff members present very well. I was approached and offered help soon after entering the store. Two team members displayed confidence in their brand and product knowledge, they compared two similar products which in turn gave me the confidence I needed in purchasing the right product for me. Very helpful and courteous.

I have brought new mobile phone and set up the internet with them and also switched over our phones with them i went in today and brought a new phone for my wife asked them about the sim card they reply was just bring your old phone down and we will change it over at no time did they say would be a cost $40 later and my wife as still not got internet on her phone she did on her old one great a

Amazing customer service, if I ever had a problem with them, which I highly doubt I ever would, they would be more than happy to resolve it in no time at all.

As usual I have always had fantastic, professional service and I was so lucky to have the delightful Manon help me in the store today! Even though she was extremely busy she managed to be available and patiently working my problem! After having trouble with my new I phone and car connection she had it sorted in no time at all, I can't thank her enough!
