Very helpful, when I went to telstra shop they made me wait and put my name down, at Wolf walked in got more helpful service

We spent about 2.1/2 hours with Jim on a Saturday morning. He was totally patient with us and explained everything carefully and simply. We had been dreading buying new phones for AGES, but he made it a breeze. We have been going to Wolf for some time now. They are light years better than the other Telstra store in Warragul!

I have been to Wolf’s in Warragul 3 times today in an effort to transfer my wife's number from Telstra to Woolworths which should have been easy except for a birth date issue. Twice we thought it solved, but no and thanks solely to the wonderful woman who’s name we didn’t get, it has happened. Her advice to scrap the current Woolies account and reset the SIM worked like a dream. It sounds simple in retrospect but didn't seem the logical move at the time
