Wok'd Gourmet Chinese

Dims sims were terrible and smelt BAD were slimy of the outside my son had a bite of one and I had a bite gross. Fried rice probably worst I’ve ever had! Beef and black bean was really good and tasty and chicken satay skewers were also good.
Service was good well priced …. Probably wouldn’t come back

I would give one and a half stars. The tables were sticky and there was a zuchinni on the ground. You have to get your own cutlery and the crunchy noodles were soggy. The cups were dirty and when eating in, phone calls kept ringing and the service was appalling. The lady who was wiping the table scraped the food in her hand and threw it away but didn't wash her hands. The music wasn't suitable for a chinese restaurant. The portions are getting smaller and the food took so long to get. I should've ate that pizza down the street which wasn't opened.

I found the reception lady very patient given the number of people ordering also she was polite. The food I ordered came exactly how I wanted it. Less salt less spicy, bit of a change because most places just serve up what they want regardless of the customer's wishes.

This the worst meal I ordered. Ordered char kwe tiau and asked to make it spicy. Been told is already spicy but i like more spicy then i asked more chili paste. In fact it is NO SPICY AT ALL and the food has NO TASTE AT ALL and some rice noodle still not cook enough. I can cook better at home my self. At 11: 30 am it is not busy at all they can cook better I believe.

I ordered combo fried rice and was very pleased with the meal. Plenty of flavour, lots of meat and the take-away was ready when promised. I'll certainly be going back.

Went with a mate for quick lunch. Had stay chicken and spicy chicken noodles. Thoroughly enjoyed. Food was nice. Portion of noodles should've been little extra as it was mostly veg and few pieces of chicken.

The food is alright most times, but no one ever answers the phone. My family & I have called 6 times in the past with no answer so we just have to drive over to the store & play the waiting game.

We ordered take away only fried rice.took 50mins there’s service was slow and rude once we got the rice home we found lumps of hard rice. Flavour was not there. We sent a email to them but no response. Try somewhere else

Wok'd Casey central is the worst Asian food I have ever eaten. My noodles that I buy from Aldi are better than the rubbish they sold me.

Been trying to call for the past 30 minutes. Would be nice for someone to answer the phone to make an order. Lost me as a customer.

Waiting on hold on the phone for 13 minutes tonight for someone from Wokd to speak to me. I drove from my house and still was on hold when I walked into the store! This is the third time this has happened in 2 weeks at Casey Central Wokd! There was nobody waiting in the store when I was there. No customer service, no manners, and no idea how to run a shop! Stay away or you will have this happen to you, just a matter of time. It you are lucky, someone might answer the phone as it just rings and rings with no answer. Beware!

9 times out of 10 you can't get through to them on the phone. You have to wait for ages to get your order. I ordered mixed combination chowmein and honest to God, there was 1 prawn, a little bit of barbecue pork, the rest was chicken. Most of their dishes are full of nothing but veges.

Tried to call ahead. Took me 8 goes to get through.
Ordered vegetarian Singapore noodles take away, got home to open dinner and its pork and prawn.

The food is consistently good quality, and flavour. I eat here often, the lunch specials are good value. The only thing I wish they had were a seasonal specials menu, the current menu hasnt changed in years and there are no fish dishes.

This place is just okay if you're wanting to have some Asian food. The service was slow and the food took more than 20 mins even though we were the only customers inside. The food was too sweet for my liking and the fried rice needed more flavours. But the portion was good and the staff was friendly. The place was easy to find and has good location.

Called in on the way home from the pininachlar, they were busy but not flat out, quoted 30 minutes we waited 1hour 10 minutes for our order. Food was average and the Dim Sims were cold. Many people that came in after us received their food well before us. Not the best experiance we have had with Wok'd.

This place is soo ridicules the workers even admit to it. I tried placing an order by calling for almost an hour, ended up driving to the shop and asking if there phones where down. The server told me they don't pick up the phone when it gets "Busy" managers orders! 2 customers waiting while I came in is not busy, what a joke. Got Big Al's next door instead, 5 star for them!

First and last time my fav Chinese place is closed on Monday’s but kids still wanted Chinese.
All I can say is 2 out of 3 kids had Spaghetti toastie’s.

Great food but service is terrible for phone orders have a mobile phone as the restaurant phone and I was unable to get through after 40 mins of trying. Turned up and was over 20 min wait to get food.
But it was worth the wait as the food is delish. Improve phone service and you will definitely get a better rating from me
