Wokd Casey Central- Horrible restaurant and bad food.

They served extremely bad food today. It's been more than 4 months that they are out of fresh chillies.
They charge for it, but then they tell that we are running out of them and even don't bother to return money.
Anyways moving on to today's review- I confirmed on call that can u make our order spicy with fresh chillies twice, they said yes, I came in and ordered for dine in, they charged for the same and didn't put it. Moreover, rice was too sticky and bland in taste, they were missing green sprouts in them, served cold.
The stir-fried vegetables was without GARLIC and seemed to be having stale carrots, and infact few different vegetables were missing.
Won't be coming here now again and recommend same. Waste of money from past many months.

Very poor quality food recently (November 2022) - and when I spoke to the manager no apology or any sort of compensation - will not be going back again.

I want to share my experience with WOK in Casey central, Narre Warren South, Victoria. This is worst place to order if you are looking ear vegetarian option. Literally they don’t care and will mix meat with vegetables. I ordered simple veg Noodles with Egg on 19/11/22 Around 4: 45 pm and I was starving. That time there was only one Chinese lady in the reception and one chef in the kitchen playing with his phone as there was no other customer. I specifically explained the lady not to use any meat and use seperate fry pan if they can or wash it properly before using it. After 15 mins I went to pick my food and took it home.and when I open the box I did not see any meat but the noodles looks so weirdly dry no vegetables so I just taste a little and suddenly I saw inside they have put PORK/BEEF under the noodles. I felt so disgusted.and I thought like taking it back to show them what they did. I felt like you don’t eat cat meat/ dog meat but someone cooked and served you those. So I went back with my food and showed the lady politely what they have given me. The lady initially started arguing she gave me right food and when I showed her she started to blame the kitchen person/ chef without being apologetic and went inside kitchen. And and back saying the nex food will be ready in 3mins and again went back to kitchen. When she came back with food she showed me with open box whether it’s the right one and I agreed. But I just wanted to give my feedback. So, I politely said to her pls be careful next time with handling food because this is a serious issue. With out being apologising again She literally told me off by saying she has to serve next customer even though there were 3 other girls were standing to help just another one customer that time. At that time I saw there were 4 more staffs in the reception and all of them were Chinese. Guys I am not a racist person but I felt like here Chinese people have zero manners and zero customer service knowledge or they just don’t care to learn how to behave or pay attention what customers is asking. Because non of the staffs were friendly not apologetic not even cared to give good service in mannerly way. So to say it was ridiculous experience and I am not going there ever again

My food was sitting their for about 15 minutes before she called out and when I said that all she said was I know and she even looked at the name of the order and asked me for the name of the order about 10 times and I was already sitting there for like 35 minutes

Don't understand why it's so busy. Every dish but one was cold. Left all of the fried rice. Very disappointed.

Had an awesome lunch full of vegetables and combination meats and seafood and a wonton soup mmmm yummy looking forward to returning soon

For what it's worth I use to write food reviews. I didn't know Chinese food THIS BAD existed in Melbourne, BOTH dishes completely tasteless. As bad as my worst ever (San Francisco China Town in 1992). Their service was polite but it can't possibly make up for the food quality. We actually have some of THE best Thai in Springvale & fantastic Malaysian in Huntingdale. Is this a reflection on Narre Warren? But Panda takeway at NW station is really quite good.

The meals were OK - definitely not worth the prices, but edible nonetheless. This is not my first choice for take away. Or second. Or third.

Such a shame too, as there is actual promise for what this place is could've made.

Noone came to the front counter to serve us for a bit, the phone was ringing and they just let it ring. Ordered a bunch of food, one dish came out cold. Granted the did fix it for us. The rest of the food was alright, noodles were really spicy. The spring rolls were good, the dim sims not so much. The seats are filthy, tables are sticky, the windows are filthy. Seems they don't take pride in their store.

We Ordered Chicken and Corn soup. It was only salty, but good.they should serve some chilly or other hot sauce to develop the taste accordingly.

I wasn't happy with two girls with black tops in the kitchen waring gloves and preparing food but not only handling food! They were touching everything with hand gloves. Any one in the restaurant knows how to handle food or knows basic knowledge? It could be very serious problem, cross-contamination, ends up food poisoning, etc. I don't want to go back.

Very well prices, quick to cook, staff very helpful end enjoyed being able to watch the chefs cook the meal behind the glass screen

Ordered Lemon chicken it was dry couldn’t eat it! Also had a different taste! Must’ve been old stock! Also the amount wasn’t the same bit less than usual! Anyway couldn’t eat it anyway! Last time never order food there again!

Refuse to answer phones, when I complained they were rude.
Their excuse was they were too busy, so what am I ment to come into store and wait around with a groups of people for hours, given the times wouldn't it be smart to call ahead, wait away from the business and groups of people to limit any potential spread of virus.
Other then saving everyone's time that goes to store and is unhappy about the wait imagine how much more business would be saved allowing people to call ahead

We love Wok'd. Delicious Lemon Chicken and Cantonese Prawns. We've also had Sweet n Sour Chicken and Golden Treasure Prawns. Will return again.

Very good food very welcoming just very very overpriced its 9 dollars for a chicken sweet corn soup that's a little expensive compared to alot of other places doing it for 5 dollars

Really nice food, decently priced! Tried the tofu with chow mein. It was seved warm but the noodles go soggy pretty quickly. Workers are very friendly. Wish they had more vegetarian options!

Need to tell customers the wait time before they spend time working out what to order. Especially if it's going to be 25 minute wait.

I ordered a takeaway Vegetraian Fried rice and received pork fried rice which I realised after going back home 15 kms away from casey central.

Fried rice was not so great.
