When explaining their reasoning or how to operate the system, they were very clear & easy to understand as a customer. They answered our questions with patience & used language that was very easy to understand. The walk through on using the associated app & the features that were important for the system was great.

The devices themselves are modern looking, easy to look at (if you get a monitor) & work great:) imagery is very clear even if you choose not to have HD quality 24/7.

Another thing to note is the installation & set up - very clean, precise & seamless.

Our home security system was installed over a year ago by Wireless Camera Solutions. It was a very professional and smooth installation. I recently had a new WiFi modem installed and the cameras stopped working. Victor advised me over the phone and I was able to get the cameras back online within minutes. The after sales service is excellent. I highly recommended Viktor and his team. No issue is too minor or major for him. The essence of a great business is the after sales service.

Took the time to understand my needs and evaluate security requirements. Attention to detail outstanding, ensured cabling/conduits ran internally where ever possible no matter how difficult and blending in all work aesthetically to premises. Took me through the system, how to operate and then got me to demonstrate how to operate the straight forward app! Professional, respectful, value for money, efficient, timely and feel very confident if I ever have a problem he would be onto it. Highly recommend.

Viktor and his staff came out for our home installation and wire up the CCTV and NVR etc. Follow up service was responsive and courteous with Serge. Helped out with aftermarket needs and found ways to pass cables where other companies wanted to run conduit, so very resourceful as well. Helped out with RJ45 connections etc. Highly recommended. Viktor and Serge came to help us install cameras in our home and the service provided was beyond exceptional. They helped us find the best possible solution to avoid visible wiring in the house and the outcome was perfect. Victor first installed cameras for our business a number of years ago and then added extra ones in 2016. Recently after NBN installed with new modem had difficulties with viewing cameras remotely on mobile. Called up and in a few minutes Victor guided me through making a few changes to settings and working fine. Very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. Highly recommended.
