Viktor was amazing to deal with. Super professional 4 camera installation on a flat roof without running cables on the roof to the rear. Integration with already installed door bell intercom. Installation of software and app. Also upgraded the dates Bosh alarm keypad interface to touch screen. Seamless service. After sales support also responsive. Cannot fault. Highly recommend.

Viktor installed my 8 cam 8 channel Dahua system 2 years ago and it worked perfectly until this morning because I replaced my NBN with the new 5G Optus router and it failed to communicate with the Dahua setup. Overall we’re disappointed and frustrated with the technology. When it works, it’s great but it’s been a repeated technical disappointment. The application on our phones works for a while, then it doesn’t work, and it’s complicated trying to get it to restart or find anything and this has been going on effectively since installation. Viktor the owner/installer has always been available for calls, but we shouldn’t need to be contacting him as often as we’ve had to. Overall, it’s just been a constant pain of a system and the online user information certainly is below par.

This is an update to the security camera system that was installed earlier this year. The system has been very reliable and the quality has been a standout. Recently, there was a breach at my premises with an attempted break in by a criminal in the early hours of the morning. The silent trip wire alarm on one of the AI cams immediately sent a warning directly to my phone which then alerted me. The footage recorded showed a thief in a balaclava about to break in, but the flashing warning lights scared him as he swiftly headed off into the distance. The system paid for itself in a single event. I have never been more greatful to Viktor and his team for such an outstanding system!
