For a minute there I actually thought Id died and gone to cheese and wine heaven, but alas i was in fact at Winespeake Cellar & Deli. What a fantastic business in the heart of beautiful Daylesford. You can sit in the bar window like a goldfish in a bowl & look out on the roundabout & numerous historical buildings of Daylesford town centre while sipping some of the best wines you can find, while chomping on your cheese platter, which has been skillfully selected to match your wine selection.or vice versa. And guys hats off to you! In this challenging time where the general expectation of service is sub par due to chronic labour shortages, your staff were as cool, snazzy & insightful as any waiter at an upmarket restaurant in Melbourne or Sydney. You really raise the bar on Daylesford x

This place is definitely a one place you need to stop by whilst you are at Daylesford!

The food was amazing and we were seated at the table promptly. I thought that the wait staff was a bit pushy and they whisk away our platter while we were still eating (still had some crackers that I was enjoying.) Then my partner went to the bathroom and the wait staff started cleaning the bar we were sitting on and literally push me towards the counter to pay for our food. So that was a bit ruined for us.

Overall staff was friendly and the the selection was good but they wouldn't sell us the cheese we wanted because it was not ‘cut’.

Awesome selection of cheeses and wines. On the more expensive side, but if you can afford it, there's lots of edible treasures here.

A lot of amazing choices. Great music & nice atmosphere. Stop in for a pre-dinner drink and a bite to eat.

Great selection of local and international wines, beers and deli options. Can even drink your purchase in the shop by the window.

The Winespeake team put together the most INCREDIBLE grazing table for my recent wedding. It was so beautifully presented and all the elements were such great quality (even including a GF section).
Jen was so amazing to deal with and made the whole process super smooth. Cannot recommend enough. I must also say it is fantastic store to visit if you are in Daylesford, which is how we came across their grazing table services. Wish I could give it more stars:)

Delectable selection of drinks. Always a super place to visit, have a drink and stock up on hard to find wines.

What a gem! Beautiful wine selection (I'm talking Burgundy, Italy, etc.) and I have to mention the deli, great quality products! Being pregnant atm, they also offer nice non alcoholic beverages by the glass. Definitely worth a visit for a glass of wine and nibbles + goodies to take home

Really lovely antipasto platters & toasties. A large selection of wines & a fabulous selection of cheeses & deli meats. It is pricey but def worth the visit. Service was good & food was delicious but very few choices on offer outside of platters and toasties.

For food I ordered the matching cheese plate with a soft Brie, a nice fruit paste, walnuts and crackers. The staff can match a chews to whatever wine you want to order

Must visit location for all your deli needs, great selection of curated wines and beer. Good soundtrack as well
