This place is exceptional. Service is amazing. Very knowledgeable staff. Perfect recommendations for both food and wine.
Cheese platter was on point. Everything explained what it was. The quality of everything on the platter was amazing. Can't wait to come back.

If you enjoy cheese and wine, highly recommend this place! The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and create such a positive atmosphere. The venue is unique, a shop and beautiful place to sit for a drink and bite to eat. They have such a huge variety wines and cheeses to taste and so many local products. Everything you drink/eat is available to purchase! I look forward to visiting this place every time I’m in Daylesford! They deserve 10 stars!

I've been here many times, always a great place. The atmosphere, food, and wine are fantastic. The service today was good, not as great as previous times, but it won't stop coming back

Highly recommend a visit here if you like cheese and wine and Pate. The setting is great, the choice of wine is huge, and the food we had was fantastic - I would say the best pate I have ever had!

Staff were extremely rude. Amazing deli food, however staff service was very poor. Ignored servicing me after I had been waiting quietly and then in the midst of finally servicing us, walked away to serve a different customer…? Assume they thought they would get more money out of her…. Horrible experience. Was not rude and very patient, not busy, dressed well. No clue other than straight rude

Always love coming here after going to the hot springs. The cheese board with a glass of wine just makes it the best pampering. They know their cheese and wine. Don't be afraid to ask questions. They are very friendly and helpful.

Also went in a bit late on a Wednesday night and they still gave me a serve of cheese and wine. The pickled green chili is bomb.

We loved our cheese board so much we went back for a second time two weeks later.

The waiter was so good. He gave really good suggestions and indulged us in choices.

The team did forget our grilled sandwiches but I think that was a good thing as the cheese board and mezze filled us up!

Great selection of wines and other treats. Make sure you spend an afternoon here grazing.

I’ve been coming here for years and enjoyed the experience every time. An outstanding wine collection and knowledgeable staff - which makes my most recent experience so foreign. We had a table of two + two kids sitting at the bar, and when I joined (with one other kid) we were asked to move tables rather than sit at an empty space at the window bar.

But rather than just prepare a table for us and move us, instead we were told three conflicting things, allowed to stay at the window (but not have a seat) and then eventually just ignored until I ended up leaving.

As a family member of a Daylesford resident, it’s incredibly disappointing to see such a wonderful venue treating patrons so poorly. Disappointing and we won’t be coming back.

Perfect for just a drink, or to replace a meal with cheese and wine, Winespeake Cellar is definitely a "must-do" when in Daylesford. The staff are very knowledgeable on all of the food and wine on offer, and can recommend pairings that suit, or point you towards the days specials. Is the place cheap? No, but you definitely get what you pay for in stunning local cheeses, wines, preserves and cured meats.

Super delicious food. Best mortadella I've ever had. They have a local cheese platter which has cheese from the local area. I orded that plus a terrine for me and my parents to share. It was delicious. We even bought some of the cheese and meat to bring home. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to have brunch or a snack in Daylesford. If you have a party of more than 3, you may have to book.

Really great selection of local and international wine. I was very pleased to see plenty of producers I haven’t came across.
Service was very attentive and friendly. You can really see that the staff live what they do.

Came here for the bottles of wine and produce- ended up staying for the service, glasses of wine and cheese boards!

Highly recommend you stop into this place- our boy Anton was the perfect host, so much so, that we came back the next day and drank mulled wine, upped our cheese board game and walked out with caper berries and pickled chili’s (who knew we ever needed these items in our lives!)

We will be back!

City wine bar vibe with a great selection of wines. Awesome service too, had a waiter (Anton?) who really made the experience for us. Would highly recommend for those who find themselves in Daylesford.
