I was given a gift voucher to use their infrared sauna. It was the second voucher I have been given because I love the experience so much! The facilities are beautiful, modern and very clean. I love the sauna - feel a million dollars after each session. The lady who runs the show out on the front desk is welcoming, very helpful and professional. Highly recommend a visit - the yoga is awesome too!
Had a 60min full body massage with Mika and can honestly say this is the best massage i have received in my life. The room was quiet, the space is calming, bed was comfortable and i was left in the very capable hands of a skilled professional. Felt so relaxed and destressed afterwards. Would highly recommend.
Beautiful fit out and nice energy. Great menu especially for vegetarians.tofu scramble was yum and pancakes yummy but ask for syrup on the side. If you like raw vegan treats they’re awesome!
It was absolutely sensational here. A paradise hidden within the city. You quickly forget your 20 minutes from home. The massage was the best I've had (and I'm a regular at Spa's all over melbourne) the Rose Quartz facial is a spiritual moment of delight. Infrared sauna and Xigong (Tai Chi) class was all part of what made a day of emotional, spiritual and physical healing. A melbourne must do!
