Absolutely excellent. Beautiful people, service and facial treatments. Highly recommend the Malvern Endota Spa.

This was the absolute best spa experience I have ever had. The therapist Mika (I hope I got your name right!) was so skilled and the quality of the aromatherapy products was impeccable. Absolutely loved the grounding experience and sad to hear the business is closing!

As a regular customer, I’m beyond frustrated that you go to meet someone there and spend money, support their business. They are busy and there’s a table for 4 for example, that could be easily split into 2 (as it’s made up by two tables) But the waitress won’t allow you to sit there because “it for larger parties” this has happened on many occasions now and makes me wonder why I bother supporting this cafe, when their logic as to tables doesn’t make any sense. When I’ve asked why we can’t sit down - I just get told the same thing. What happened to customer service and welcoming people? It’s tiresome.

I had the most amazing 90mims signature massage with Clara. It was the most relaxed I have felt in a very long time. Clara is warm and welcoming. She asked if I had any areas that needed focusing on and that’s all I can remember as I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep!
I can’t wait to return and see Clara again, she really is amazing!
The rest of the team were equally as lovely and extremely welcoming.

I’ve finally found the best massage therapist here in Melbourne! Kat at Willow! Did remedial with her, she is spectacular! The ambience in Willow is heavenly and the products they use smell so good

Beautiful facility and nice staff however was left a little disappointed with the price tag verse what I got.
Infrared sauna was nice however it definitely could be hotter.
Hour long massage was only 45 minutes because they told me to shower after my sauna but then I had to wait for a robe (which isn’t a big deal) but and that wait time plus the shower time was then taken off my massage. When I questioned this I was told the appointments should’ve been booked separately so one would not cut into the other however I called to book my appointment and it was the receptionist who picked those times! Also tried to tell me I only lost 5 minutes but I deliberately looked at my watch when the massage started and it was definitely a lot closer to 15 minutes.
Massage itself was nice however it wasn’t amazing. For a deep tissue massage I expected her to “get in there a bit more” for lack of a better word.
Again lovely facility and nice staff I was just disappointed because I had been saving my appointment and was left disappointed.

I had a less than satisfactory experience at Willow Urban Retreat. I have experienced multiple appointment cancellations by staff. I’ve turned up to the salon on multiple occasions being told that “the therapist isn’t available” for my treatment despite receiving appointment confirmation messages, and thus not receiving treatment. Very disorganised and dysfunctional service for a salon of this calibre! Eventually and finally I got my appointment (no cancellations this time)! The treatment was decent nothing impressive, however the experience was ruined by unpleasant and cold staff that lacked any hospitality. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

Always amazing to visit Willow. Whether it be for a nourishing breakfast or brunch, my favourite turmeric latte, yoga class, Infrared sauna session or an always thoroughly enjoyable massage and treatment. A true happy place to be. Thank you for being such a beautiful place to come back to.

Probably the BEST massage I have ever got! Julie was absolutely amazing. She heard what I needed and did that and more to help! I felt amazing afterwards literally was light headed in a good way! I highly recommend Julie!

Had my first ever facial here and Kerry made it a wonderful experience. The products used felt gentle on the skin and smelled really nice. The atmosphere felt very calming as I was tucked into a heated bed and soothing music was played. Kerry also did some massaging of my neck and shoulders. I think I fell asleep for a bit during the session, which was a shame as I wanted to consciously enjoy the whole thing, but that just shows how relaxing the facial was. Kerry also talked to me about my skincare routine and recommended changes to achieve healthier skin. I'm currently using their neem oil face wash, which is quite expensive I must say, but I'm positive it will bring me good results.

Had the most wonderful three hour experience with Mika! (i believe this is her name) Everything from the scrub to the massage to the facial was just perfect. She was very attentive and would ask if there are any areas she should give extra time to during the massage which i very much appreciated! 10/10 would do again!

A warm welcome when I entered the building. I enjoyed a 24K Gold infusion facial with Talisa. Talisa was amazing, beautiful gentle hands. The music was perfect and I would highly recommend having this treatment.

Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. Not only are the aesthetics like no other I’ve seen in Melbourne, but my massage therapist was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what she was doing. A definite recommendation to others!
