Am just wanting to provide some positive consumer feedback. I recently locked myself out of my apartment at the end of the working day, I was due to fly home (interstate) the next morning and needed to get in that evening to collect my luggage. My agent Madlen was very sensitive to my situation and went above and beyond her reasonable responsibilities to meet me outside of hours to provide me a spare key and a plan to return the key to the agency. Her easy communication style, and willingness to help me in this situation was much appreciated and reflective of the approachable and personal touch she brings to all communications as our rental agent. I will be strongly recommending her to any family/ friends that are looking for an agent in the coming months.

We recently rented our place out with Woodards South Yarra and have been really pleased and impressed with their work. The enthusiasm and attention we received from Rebecca, and her proactive approach to improving our rental before advertising, got us on-board. And since leasing, Grace has been great with managing maintenance and keeping good communications with the renters. She’s friendly professional manner always nice to talk and akways there to answer ur questions you need.and If you need to gets things fixed she’s very prompt. As a rental provider, I was becoming increasing frustrated that a tenant could not be found for my rental property. 7 agonising weeks later and not having any luck in finding a tenant, I turned to Rebecca Cleaver from Woodards in South Yarra.

From the onset, I was very impressed with how supportive she was with my whole situation and
her knowledge of the area which included Prahran and Windsor.
Rebecca was able to find a suitable tenant just after the very first inspection. It was truly amazing work.

I’ve recently asked the amazing team (namely Rebecca, Brock and Grace) at Woodards in South Yarra to lease my apartment for me and the process could not have been easier.

The communication was excellent, the apartment was leased after a single viewing and everything from photography to compliance checks was taken care of for me so I didn’t have to stress.

I highly recommend their team for future potential landlords and tenants alike (I had previously leased through them as a tenant which is how I knew to use them when I became a property owner myself!).
