Wild Cattle Creek Estate

We spent evening in friendly atmosfere, food and wine is excellent, this is one of my favourite places. I've been here 4 times in last few years and this place never failed. Winter time close to open fire place, summer time outside overlooking vineyard, just a best place to enjoy your meal and glass of wine.

We had a staff cocktail party here, the food was delicious and the night went very smoothly thanks to the great staff. The villas are beautiful and very clean.
Would definitely recommend!

The service is generally good, the waiters are friendly, the food is served promptly and there is a large vineyard to look at. As a regular customer, I am very happy to see that the winery has changed its menu. It is delicious and the wine is very good, especially cabernet sauvignon.

We went here for my fathers birthday. The service was appualing. We had to ask 3 times as one drink was forgotten at our table. When they finally came around to serving us, they where out of barramundi and eye fillet.then a lady begun telling us that the porterhouse is better than the eye fillet!? We ordered entrees and mains. Our main came out before our entree and a table that ordered after us got their entree before us. Steak was terrible, half of it was full of fat, another steak was brought out cold, another under cooked. Dirty plates where left sitting on our table until we finally decided to leave while staff cleaned tables with no customers on them. Staff where not helpful at all. Will definitely not be back here. No discount or apologies where given when we paid for the amount of stuff ups.

Xmas lunch 2018 unfortunately nothing like the great food and service of 2017 xmas.
Head waitress was very rude, food quality and preperation was sadly average and took 3hrs for mains. We left with dessert shoved in takeaway containers as we couldnt sit there any longer. The table waitresses were lovely and did the best they could. At $160 per head we expected better. Such a shame as we have been regulars at WCC for a few years now, but something in the kitchen has changed around 7 months back and not for the better.

Had a wedding lunch at Wild Cattle Creek Estate. Cathy and staff were great, the little added touches went a long way, Food is amaizing, steak in perticular! Well done guys! Colin and CIci.

I never usually write reviews but felt compelled after our experience tonight. Group of girlfriends went out for dinner. Only after we tried to order food (and already had our drinks!) they told us they had a really busy lunch, gave us the wrong menu and only had a really limited menu. Even when we ordered the steaks which they did have were told they had no fries, potatoes, seasonal vegetables or broccolini that it normally comes with. Asked what we could have then and were told only asparagus. The meals all start to come out and we get told one of the steaks got over cooked and would be redone. The rest of the steaks which were given were over cooked anyway. No apology or notice of any of the menu issues. All seemed to be a big joke and was so unprofessional. Myself and my friends will never be back!

I attended a wedding here, and the food was delicious! The staff provided great service. The grounds are beautiful.

Had a relaxing Saturday lunch in the restaurant with my wife today. Staff were friendly, service was great and the pork belly was close to the best I've had.

A lovely restaurant however we had a few issues. We were spread across two tables however the the waitress took the order as if there was one and as such when the food came out there was lots of mix ups between the two tables and it was a bit awkward when everyone is looking around at each other wondering who ordered what. I provided this feedback to one of the waitresses and she gave me a fair bit of attitude. Apart from this it was an enjoyable evening and the wine was great

Staff were friendly and provided quick service and food suggestions. Food was of a high quality and had wines to match.

Spent a brilliant afternoon with my lovely wife, wine tasting kicked the day off informative but very entertaining.
We sat and enjoy lunch under the shade of some magestic oaks the food and staff where excellent.
The accommodation was 5 star it was like being home, we relaxed and enjoyed the view.
The lunch was so good we booked a table for 2 and continued on from lunch great food and staff where fantastic the wines complemented the dining experience perfectly.

Wonderful waiters, amazing entree of mushroom risotto and perfectly cooked steak.
Only down side was the desert board. Was not as presentable as posted on Facebook or instagram. Had a massive lot of tiramesu and dark chocolate rocky road. Also had a moldy raspberry. We not offered anything for it or have it taken off the bill. Not empressed at all!

Attended a wedding at Wild Cattle Creek Estate and wow.the views and scenery are absolutely amazing! The staff are very friendly, the food was mouth watering and the wine wasn't bad either! ;) would definitely go back for a casual dinner when we can.

Attended for a 60th birthday function. Lovely venue on a stunning estate. The function room was spacious and nicely decorated, plenty of room for the roughly 45 guests attending. A bit loud however it was still great.

Wonderful winery with a lot of wine to choose from! Definitely something for everybody! Server also gave really nice poor samples! We probably have a total of 2 glasses the whole time we were there tasting! If we won't travelling from so far are we definitely would have taken her more than just one bottle!

Wine tasting was lovely. Great staff. Food after was okay, overpriced but nice. Experience was great.

Potentially the best steak I've ever had; Eye Fillet served blue.

Nice small dining area that is served in sittings which means the kitchen isn't rushing meals.

Entree (calamari) was awesome, as was dessert. Service was friendly, Pinot Noir was also A really nice drop.

Will be back!

The cellar door experience here is second to none. Staff where so lovely, informative and happy to help in each and every way. Enjoyed a few wines and a stunning cheese platter.highly recommended!
