What a fantastic gem this unique concept store is. I love how brilliantly they are in helping you choose the colour, design and whatnot for whatever you're personalising. Hats, t-shirts, bathrobes, towels - there's nothing they can't do! Plus the care and attention to detail that goes into every order is wonderful. Jackie, Karen, Mia - all staff lovely. This is the perfect place to get a special gift for a friend, loved one or yourself! And they're quick with delivery and have incredibly reasonable prices.

Orders a towel as a baby gift online in July and was amazed with their great service. Their prices are fair and reasonable. Will be using their services again without any hesitation. Highly recommend.

Went to get some Santa sacks done. And was left with we stopped doing that at the start of December (it was the 4th). What’s that taking jobs!? Poor effort.went to EmbroidMe they were fantastic. Took the job on smashed it outta the park. Fantastic workman ship.

I cannot rate the amazing service enough! I called Monday afternoon for a 2nd wedding anniversary gift for my sister to be sent asap as their anniversary is in 1 week and the amazing incredible Gabby organised everything to be sent to New Zealand the very next morning! And sent me photos of the beautiful Navy Mr and Mrs towels with white embroidery Emailed me an invoice straight away and sent me the tracking number also! I am not kidding they are amazing and the best service!

Went in to ask for advice and to see if this business could help us with a job. The blonde lady was so impolite and bad mannered. I think she is forgetting one major thing that she is in the retail industry and that means professional and polite customer service.well if she wants any business! I was so disgusted with the way she was speaking I walked out and would never go there again or recommend anyone to.

I shopped here years ago while they were at Highpoint. I had to get a gift at last minute and then realised HP store was closed down but then googling it I saw the Moonee Ponds store and that there is a wider range now. I called from Chadstone and was thinking my gift wouldn’t be ready today and the lady was so cheerful and couldn’t help me enough and said she could do it in no time for me. I then ordered easily online and received a text a couple of hours later to say it was ready. After battling the traffic to get across town it was refreshing to see such great, genuine service with a smile. The lady remembered my call and where I was coming from and really appreciated the effort. If only all retailers delivered this level of service!

Whats n Embroidary I recommend highly their work is outstanding have been using this company for many many years! I have recently had Embroidary done on many things hats in particular Jean jackets pyjamas that a silk and the end result is absolutely outstanding. The embroidery has been done for Robbie Williams exclusive gig in London and I have done many jackets for several girls from all over the world who are so excited to receive their jacket over the next few days customer service is outstanding smiles easy to discuss your ideas to make the end decision the best it can possibly be and a hug occasionally as well. Always greeted with a smile this company is amazing and I highly recommend it for your next job. Yesterday was the fourth time Ive been to get embroidery done. There was a little hiccup but they gave me a free embroidery beanie. What incredible service and yes Im telling everyone I know. Also they do corporate work with the smallest set up fee every. Just ask! Thanks guys great work!
