They give you their expert opinions on placement and use of colour which helps get your piece perfect. On top of all this they're amazing to deal with. I’ve had embroidery done here twice and Gabby and her team provided amazing service! I brought in an apron and chefs hat for my toddler and Gab gave great advice on placement and font for name embroidery.
Gab also helped me order 8 hats to be embroidered for a girls trip and went above and beyond with sourcing the hats I needed and gave suggestions for embroidery.

Walked past this shop. I was looking for a needle. I asked if they sold needles. They didn't. The lady who served me gave me some invaluable advice and also gave me one of her needles. Although I didn't use their service, if I was to need any embroidery, this would be the place I would use. If their embroidery is even half as good as the service it would definitely be a 5 star job.

Exceptional customer service! Jacqueline was brilliant. I needed some hats engraved for family overseas and she went over and above to help me out, and our dealings were only over the phone and via texts. The final product was amazing, we LOVE it. Put the order in online at midnight and it was ready the next day at 2: 00pm.
They offered to gift wrap it for me as well as going over and above to ensure it was in discrete packaging.
I spoke with Jacqueline and we had absolutely brilliant in helping me out with everything.
