Westgate Party & Play Centre

Was there today. Very impressed. Kept my 2yrs old busy for 3hrs. So many options, few rides n toys worn out, needs a bit of cleaning.other than that, cant fault this centre. Will definately go again.

Booked a mini private hire, kids and parents loved the place, so spacious. Staff were great and very friendly and helpful. Chris, the manager looked after us well. Great birthday party experience.thanks

Westgate party and play centre is one of many arenas under one shed. Located in front of play courts, You will have to walk past beach ball play area, inflatable park and gym from Main entrance to access it. It was not very difficult to find though. My kids 9 and 4 years spent good time inside and we parents brought oublie own food which was very convenient and cost effective. Place is good to spend time and not so crowded as well

Such friendly and helpful staff. Definitely coming back here!

Only playcentre in the area that allows outside food. Perfect play facilities for under 5. Although it’s a bit of a walk from the centre’s main entrance, the above points and easy-going/understanding management make it worthwhile.

Not great, abit dirty, had to keep asking for necessary items missing, a small handful of chips for a party of 10 kids & hot food brought out too early kids ate cold food.wasn't worth the money spent

Variety of equipment for children under 5 to play. Safety gate to prevent runaways. Great for parties.

Very friendly staff. Very polite and friendly. Fantastic play area. Large. Had my daughter birthday party the host were fantastic and all the guests enjoyed the play area

Centre is quite big but it would be better if they had some guidance on the directions to reach the actual play centre and the events room. Kids had fun though once we were there!

Great play centre. My kids are 3 and 1 and love it here. Good size for them to run around and play.

*Can speak to the person in charge

Cons
*Time management is lacking. Food was served one hour after so if it is 2 hours (premium package) only an hour left to eat, cake cutting, etc. So you feel a bit rushed to empty the room on time
*Cleanliness is a bit of an issue

Experience
*For this year: The party went on just fine with one host. However, there was no lolly bags for each child, no gift for the birthday child and no photo for the birthday child as stated for the premium package.
*Last year: The party went really well with two friendly and exceptional hosts. However, there was no free ticket for the birthday child as stated for the premium package.

Plenty of activities for toddlers and kids under 6. However, it needs a thorough cleaning and maintenance. I've been here past two weeks with my little ones and I don't think I'll be coming back a third time: (

Great place for any age. Monday was really quite so pretty much had the whole place to ourselves. Signage isn't great and cafe and toilets are outside the play area. But there is lots for the kids to do. And nice and warm on a cold day.

Had my daughter's 4th Birthday party here on the weekend and love how clean they keep the play equipment. This is the only play centre I know that allows you to bring your own food as well so we didn't have to wait around for food. New management knows exactly what they're doing so will definately be back. Keep it up guys!

Holiday Program for the kids was lots of fun, plenty of entertainment with many stories to tell mum and dad at the end of the day.

Have taken my kids here a few times and they love it.only down fall is it's quiet dirty and the play equipment needs a good clean.the floor is also very dirty I'm assuming they clean the centre once a week but should consider once a day at least.

It was quiet pleasant, took 4 children there on a monday and we were the only ones there so the kids felt like it was their own and had a great time.

Big space compare to similar kinds of play centers. Good things is you can bring your own food and soft drinks.

Great family environment good value for money the complex has other fun things for children to do able to bring your own food and water inside only downfall it's a bit warm would be good if the air conditioner was stronger
