Western Quality Meats Wyndham

I’ve been in many meat shops in these past 3 years and i know a few of these shops owners as well. So far i havent received such nice customer service as well as pricing in a meat shop.
Handling so many customers everyday with a smile on their face while maintaining the quality of the meat and quantity as well is really appreciable.

Ive been a customer of this shop for a year now and my family who’ve been here for over 18 years has been buying meat from this shop since it was established.

I highly recommend this shop if you want meat that you’ll want to have again.

What they advertising on Facebook and what they actual selling at shop is completely different. Today I went there coz I saw on Facebook deal, I asked at shop they said all deal is not selling at their shop.

Worst place for meat. Over priced worst quality and a super greedy owner! Worst is during the time of need instead of keeping the prices same they have doubled it! I mean their prices are usually quite expensive with worst quality of meat anyway but this is daylight roberry!

We went half an hour before closing and they gave us the rotten meat, we realised that when we cooked the meat next day.

Went there for first time this week and showed the specials on facebook liked and shared the post and i got my special price staff was friendly really amazing experience

I asked for baby goat leg and one of your staff chosed a small part of it. I asked twice, and said it will have less bone and more meat but 1/3 is full of fat. No more purchasing from you again.

Reading some of these reviews further down really concern me. I have been going to this butcher for the last 6 months and can honestly say extremely satisfied with the produce. All variety is halal (I'm not a Muslim but good for those that require these meats) and from what I see a very clean store. Competitive pricing and always been pleased with the service. I have however witnessed some very rude customers and at times demanding. I take my hat off to the staff for tolerating all this, if it were me I would throw them out. Highly recommend

Dishonest! Watch out they will rip off you for unsatisfactory meat, There is no good hand hygiene, risky for the community

Be careful about these fraud cheaters
I believe they put chemicals in meat
Last Wednesday I bought 2 kg Diced meat for $32 & accidentally left it out of fridge till now (6days)
It didn't have any smell not rotten as well
It's looks like they put formalin in it
Otherwise how can the meat is still fresh without any smell for 6 days
Alhamdulillah Allah saved me from poisoning

Careful everyone, don't be fooled by their prices. They RIP you off. Asked for 500grams of sausages, they put 700grams in. Asked for 6 lamb cutlets, they put in 7. Boosts their sales I'm sure but hits your wallet. Would rather deal with an honest butcher.

Pathetic customer service, they had a old lady serving today who was rude & was swearing. Quality of meat is not good as well. Sad to give a local business a bad review but unless there staff behaviour changes not going there again.

What a rude boys, on 13/04/20 afternoon i stood for 10 mins at the shop, no one came forward to serve me, i asked is anyone here to serve me and i heard 3 voices from indian boys saying loudly “NO”.

Then a short boy appears to be asian came forward and served me with lots of respect.

My suggestion to the business owner,
what is a use of appointing arrogant rude people in your business and paying them, who can’t even respect your customers who bring the money to your business.

Guys be careful these people are cheating with the meat. I purchased chicken Maryland and asked him cut into small they put two leg pieces in my bag and curry pieces.when I came home I have noticed this.next I will be carefully check your bags there itself. I don’t recommend this to any one. I am avoiding this shop for ever.

Please please please dont purchase from them, they are selling smelly meat! I had a worse experience, literally I was vomiting.

Do not get meat from this shop as most of the times they are already rotten especially the one on specials.

Be extra cautious or dont buy here, what you pay for may not the get the same. It happened that i bought 1.2 kgs goat leg and while they cut into pieces, i was observing, the butcher intentionally skipped few pices to get a meat around 800gms when questioned he claimed that it was due to fat thay he removed and was clearly observing there isnt any fat to be removed.

Never buy any meat from them. I bought chicken when it was on special but all the chicken were rotten n smelled horrible even after cooking. I just threw them to bin. I was about to complain but its been more than a week and I didn’t keep the receipt so didn’t want to go through the hassle. But definitely im never going to buy any meat item from them again.

I have been buying groceries from here for a long time. I never had a single complain. The staff are always friendly and the food is always cheaper than anywhere else.

The chicken pieces they sell is tricky one! Don't buy that. They slice meat from the chicken and then leave little meat on bone and then cut into curry pieces and sell for full price.cunning!

Also, if we order any tandoori, they take the old rotten pieces from under the counter. No use to talk to him as they don't listen!

Had nice drumsticks last time, came back for them this time, but this time very DISAPPOINTED: they had a special "1kg for $5.50 or 2kg for $8.99" so if it's $8.99 for 2kgs, that means each kilo is $4.50, Surely if I buy MORE than $8.99 they would also do it at the rate of $4.50 per kg? So I asked for $10 worth of them, yet for $10 they only gave me 1.8kg!? If you advertise 2kg for $8.99 and I buy $10 worth, I'm giving you more money yet, you can't keep the rate at $4.50 per kilo so I at least get more/the right amount of chicken? Unless you're saying that the $4.50 per kilo only applies if it's exactly 2kg? That's silly, would be better if from 2kgs onwards you still get the $4.50 per kilo. Would you really rather I only buy exactly $8.99 worth of chicken instead of giving you extra dollar for a few more drumsticks? When we brought this up you tried to rectify by adding 2 more drumsticks. We thought you added more- when we went home we weighed it and it only came to 2.1kg? Come on $9 for 2kgs but $10 only gets us 0.1kg more of chicken?
