Western Quality Meats Wyndham

I recently had a disappointing experience at a western quality butcher shop. The meat quality seemed subpar, and the staff appeared uninterested in assisting customers. The cleanliness of the shop was questionable, making the overall visit unsatisfactory. I expected better service and product standards.

Horrible place where you get either plenty of bones or fat when you order meat. Tried on several occasions, but yet bad so had to post this review to save some time and money of others. Will not go here again.

Simply the best in the area. My review is based on the last 6 years of shopping from them. There is variety and freshness. Very friendly but professional staff. The listen and provide you the desired product. Really appreciate their politeness and cooperation in cutting my requested meat styles. Strongly recommend

Chicken quality is very bad and moreover i bought 3Large full chickens and 2 kg goat curry pieces and asked them to chop chickens into very small pieces and i told them multiple times before they chop. They ended up giving me a very very big sized pieces. Never recommend this shop to anyone. Would've given 0 star rating if possible. Avoid this shop

I purchased goat meat but they gave me lamb from goat container. Quality not pure. Bad experience don't wanna go again

Fake advertising of prices. Poor quality pre packed bunch of veg. Proof is in pictures where they are advertising cut watermelon for 98c per kg but charging customers $1.99c per kg.

Fraud business. Advertised something, charged something and when I reached home I saw they charged me $10 extra. Wow! Won’t go again.

They use to be really good when first opened. So disappointed, bought 2kgs of diced lamb at $25 a kg, didn't realise until we sat down to eat after cooking a stew. And it wasn't lamb it was beef, It all broke down and looked like pulled meat. Won't ever go there again, and be glad I'm not coming in to throw your meat in your faces. When you're not transparent your company won't go anywhere but down into the toilet like your meats.
Please people stay away they don't deserve your hard earned money!

You refused to serve me at 6: 50PM, although your opening hours is until 7PM. Update your trading hours or serve until it says on the website. The worst thing is you guys asked me what you want and when I put my small order, you said come tomorrow.

Some times, meats rotten and stale. Though they know that, they still serve them. I bought chicken and found to be smelly. Took it back to them saying that its stale but had drop it in the bin on my way back. Avoid this place, not worth the money.

Total fraudulent deals never have in stock what’s offered in promotions moreover highly over priced from rest around and also not the best of quality.

Terrible experience and feel been cheated. Put up 3 large chicken at $12 for sale but giving us small chicken. Chicken wings are not fresh and smelly. Terrible place and not worth
to spend the time in this shop with such of the dishonesty in business.

Hi people of Wyndham & everyone.
Good and quality meat.these people sell meat in bulks to restaurants and small butchers, so i guess meat is fresh.never had any issues, been using this butcher for nearly two years

Seriously I really didnt like. My friends suggested me to go there it’s really good and i i bought around 5 times goat meat 60% bones every time i got (I mentioned to them every time i go there) and really didn’t like the meat not good. Prices r higher than some shops i know. Its not the price nor its the bones in meat when we r selling its should be to some expectations. I personally don’t recommend, and my friends stopped going there! There is a room for improvements, hopefully in future it get better!

They are just like devil, should avoid them. They hike the price for nothing. Ripping people customers, all should avoid this shop forever.

I have visited Western Quality Meat Shop on last Friday and got some products which was on Facebook special.one of the item was not available and the sales representative advised me the stock will come later today. So I have visited the store next day (Saturday) to get that item. However this time the sales representative (different person) advised me I can have only 1Kg of that item as I am a repeat customer which has been advised to him by the owner. I have spoken to the owner and he said he probably saw me earlier on that day. I explained to him there is no way I have visited his shop earlier on that as I was outside the area. I really felt embarrassed and confronted. I would like to ask the management if they don't have the products available which has advertised on their Facebook and the customer goes all the way back to their shop to get that product - is that how they treat their customer?

Robbing people in this hard times.charging more.this is extremely unethical and not acceptable.

I really feel bad for the people getting rotten and disgusting meat but somehow this has never happened to me. This shop is honestly the only halal meats shop you can find thats close to me and my family. I get fresh and great meat from there almost daily for a good price along with veggies, grains and rice from their Fruit and Veg shop. The staff there are very nice and well mannered and the owner always loves to give a customer a hand when they need it. Will definitely recommend to others

Their chicken pieces are the worst.
They are not selling right. Really cheating customer.
They are doing unfair business in the name of halal meat.
I paid $10 for a kilo and they give me this meat as shown in picture.
Never buy again.
