Wendouree Centre for the Performing Arts reviews
29I went here to watch Beauty and the beast. Well done to all involved in the production. Well worth the time and money spent on the tickets.
First time I went to see a performance here, great place, bigger than what I thought. Enjoyed the night
Beautiful theatre. Auditorium was clean and comfortable and dressing rooms room were clean and spacious
A great facility with great lighting and audio systems, the theater has plenty of seating with 2 floors as well as dressing rooms and all access amenities, as well as several rehersal rooms and provisions for all kinds of music lessons from keyboard or piano to violin or saxophone.
Theatre was cold, seats are extremely uncomfortable and poorly aligned (I was staring straight at the back of someone's head as seats are not offset). Very disappointing - ruined our evening
I always like this venue. It is a simple modern theatre design. Seating is a bit upright on the back but has unobstructed views of stage. My favourite performances have been Damien Leith and Beyond the Barricade.
Uninterupted viewing and good access. Basic kiosk and bar. Parking across the road in Howitt St area can be tricky. Read the signs.
Bjorn again poor performance. Offended they thought the audience would appreciate their skill as entertainers
Saw Ross Noble there recently. Well I saw the back of several peoples' heads. Seats are very uncomfortable. After an hour I was thinking more about how uncomfortable I was than about the show. Bad venue with cheap seats.
