Wellness Medicine Clifton Hill reviews
29 Atrocious service. I brought my son in for catch up vaccinations. The doctor I dealt with breezed in on each occasion and admonished me for "dragging my heels" and "inching along" though I explained my child was sick after each shot and we had to wait to administer next round. The nurse was friendly and nice but fudged when she didn't know an answer. She neglected to lodge our schedule for 3 months! I had to ring 5 times to get them to send out an email.told "the internet is not working today" twice and that I had given them the wrong email 3 times. This resulted in my application for childcare benefit being rejected -costing my family hundreds of dollars.
Will never set foot in the place again.
No problems with doctors but the reception and admin people have their priorities all wrong & are very rude. Maybe they should be doing something else for a living.
Very polite and caring. From all staff that we met. Really cannot understand the bad reviews, we had a completely positive experience and are very happy we found them.
I was a patient here for several years. Never bulk billed when I became chronically ill and on the disability support pension. Spent hundreds of dollars on vitamins that I was sad to realise are snake oil. Clinic often runs very late - up to 90 minutes, and sometimes my appointments were rushed. Giving this two stars because I did feel cared for at times, particularly when I struggled to engage with any western medicine.
I don't know what happened to this place. The rot seemed to set in about 4-5 years ago when it all became about the money. Whatever happened to compassion and the Hippocratic Oath? Chase the dollar, lose the patient.
Truly appreciative for everything the staff at Wellness Medicine did for my family. Always welcomed with a smile so thank you.
The team of doctors here are excellent. Wellness Medicine has provided family care to us since the practice started. The doctors listen, ask relevant questions, discuss the options with us and together we decide on a care plan for our needs at that time. The continuity of care (by the team of doctors) has been important to us as we age and new issues arise. We are very happy with the wholistic care we receive.
Professional service offered here. Makes the effort to understand the condition rather than just prescribe.
I have used this practice for over ten years, seeing a few different GPs, depending on their individual specialisations or availability. In general they are of a very high calibre and focused on getting you back to full health. They occasionally run late, but in return your own appointment is never rushed as they take the time to get to the bottom of your issue. The in house acupuncturist is also excellent. Highly recommended.
