I’ve been using the services of Wellness for 25 years. They take a real interest in you as a person not just a patient. They are thorough and they do not guess. Every diagnosis has been correct. Every remedial action has solved my problem.

Extremely disappointed with my experience with Dr. Joanna Hickey. She overcharged for double appointments without prior notice and wasted valuable time discussing unrelated topics, like the weather. It seems to be all about money. I won't be returning.

Let me give a shout out to Wellness Medicine! I have been visiting this practice for some 15 years. I love that they offer complimentary and whole person approaches as well as the scientific side. I have been privileged to consult a range of the GPs over the years and have been always favourably impressed by the service offered. I enjoy being able to develop a health-relationship with a doctor - maybe a bit of an old school idea, but I really appreciate consulting with someone who knows my health journey and character and all the variations that has presented. And thumbs up too for the support staff who have also been consistently helpful in every regard. 100% recommended if great service is your cup of tea in a health provider.

I don't live locally and there are other medical practices closer but since a friend recommended Wellness Medicine to me, I've continually gone back to them. The kindness, professionalism and care from the doctors is exceptional and I always feel listened to. And I never feel like I'm being rushed out the door.

After getting my covid booster recently and checking on line, it seems like they haven't properly uploaded the details.
Following them up by phone gave a huge dose of crickets - no response and no change online.
Maybe 3rd time lucky?

I had a bad experienced

I booked to get fpizer covid vaccine they not providing it and they call me to cancel it when i got there.
I left work 4hrs early and drive all the way

Beware of having a COVID-19 vaccination here as they are not providing second doses. I am struggling now to find an alternative after they cancelled my appointment for my second dose the day before!

I've been seeing the team at Wellness Medicine for a number of years now and can genuinely say that their care is absolutely top notch! The medical and support staff really do walk-the-talk when it comes to providing a whole-of-person approach.

Great doctors here-you are spoiled for choice. Vin Menezes is especially wonderful. Caring and thorough- really listens. Reception staff Nicole and Paul are divine.

I’ve been going to Wellness Medicine for years, and they are by far the best clinic I’ve ever been to. I see Dr. Lydia Senycia. She is always kind and actually listens, and genuinely cares about getting to the bottom of complex health concerns. The reception staff are always warm and friendly, and very helpful. I recommend this clinic to everyone I know! Especially those with who have had horrible experiences with doctors. Everyone here is brilliant and lovely:)

I have been attending this practice for the past 18 years and have had excellent professional care especially by Dr Hickey who has a broad spectrum of qualifications with an holistic approach (which i like).
I have found the reception staff and nurses to be helpful and very efficient. In all - an excellent experience

This is one of the best clinics that i have been to.fantastic Doctors who actually care about you and not just throw medication at you and the staff.well they are fantastic!

We had a very pleasant experience at Wellness Medicine, following one of the most difficult nights of our life with our 3 year old. The reception staff were friendly, kind and compassionate and completely went out of their way to accomodate and assist us. Our doctor, Dr Hickey, was also kind and compassionate and was very good with our daughter, who was apprehensive about coming. We also saw the nurse who was very friendly with our daughter, making her feel very comfortable too. We are extremely grateful to all staff for assisting us in our time of need!

It's disappointing to see so many negative reviews which seem to misunderstand the approach of this practice. They offer holistic treatment, focussing on prevention rather than cure. This costs more initially but pays off over time. I've had several appointments here and each time found the doctors and reception staff absolutely wonderful. They take time to consider your health from every perspective. They don't bulk bill and they are slightly more expensive than other mixed billing practices. You pay for the extra time the doctor spends examining your overall health. Their fees are posted online, so check them beforehand and you won't be surprised. IMO the fees are worth it.

I had an incredibly unpleasant & unsatisfactory experience with this business and won't be returning to this clinic.

I saw Dr Colleen Toner this morning for my son's anaphylactic action plan. I have to state that I found her extremely thorough and precise. She takes the time especially in this circumstance as she had not previously seen my son before to ask questions to ensure she is meeting the needs of her patient. In fact, she exceeded ours, as she also tracked down an allergist my son had previously been too but we could not locate and provided us with a referral.

She has a very approachable and warm demeanour and we will definitely be back to see her. Thank you Dr Colleen Toner.

They used to have a great doctor but he has left the practise. I want to add that They are extremely expensive ($300 for a consult of 35 mins as it went overtime) and the reception staff are shockingly rude.

Saw a wonderful wise doctor there yesterday who listened to me and wrote me a script for a medication for an autoimmune disease that I have been seeking but not able to obtain due to close minded attitudes of established medicos. Feeling relieved and empowered. The medication is mild with few if any side effects but not easy to get. The staff were helpful and very professional. Worth travelling over 200 km each way for a visit. Highly recommend.
