Before doing welcome to travel I wasn’t too sure however I have had the best week and met the best people. Was better than I could imagine. I’ve met the best people and had so much fun. An amazing experience, met so many amazing people through welcome to travel. Each day we done something new and got to see different parts of the city. I’m so glad I started my year off this way as Nikki was so helpful at setting up our admin for the year, and I got to make friends who will support each other on our travels. I had such an amazing week on the WTT Melbourne tour and met so many great people! Charlie was a fab guide and knew so much about Melbourne! Would really recommend this for anyone coming to Australia for the first time.

Charlie has been hands down one of the best tour guides I’ve had.

His passion for his job shows so obviously too. The storytelling ability he has keeps everyone engaged and wanting to learn more. I particularly loved hearing about his time with the Elders, and people have told me they loved that part too.

He’s a super chill guy to get along with and makes everyone feel included.

The time he took with each person to learn more about them shows what kind of person he is.

He taught everyone such a big amount about Australian culture that we’ll remember for a long time.

I had an amazing week! Our group bonded so quickly and my tour guide Nikki made it so very special - lots of love to her! We did such cool things and oftentimes food, drinks etc.were included as well. It was a pretty intense week tho but definitely worth it. I was so surprised by how much welcome to travel helps you prepare for after the tour as well so it’s not a done and gone type of thing but a team that supports you during your entire stay in Australia. I strongly recommend!

Could not recommend this tour enough especially if you’re a solo traveller! Grace made this experience absolutely amazing and I couldn’t thank her enough! ️

100% recommend to anyone who would like to know where to start on their solo travels or just their travels. They sort out your bank account, TFN, and SIM cards and give you advice about traveling Australia. The tour leaders, Grace, Nikki were both amazing and a shout out to Lauren also for an amazing week. All three of them so much knowledge about traveling Australia and living and working around Australia too and soo helpful and willling to help with any part of your travels. All friendly and motivated about travelling and living your best life. Would definitely recommend doing a Welcome to Travel tour especially Welcome to Melbourne.

On top of great adventures and an amazing experience, you get to meet a lot of new people who you'll be tight with before the week is over! Perfect for couples, solo travellers or friends.

On my tour, I was fortunate enough to have no less than 3 guides; Nikki, Grace and Lauren! It's not exactly the norm at WTT but I'm so happy I got to meet all three gorgeous women! They did a really great job and did everything in their power to give all of us an amazing experience! Thank you so much!

So good! You got so much for your money they literally plan your entire trip and book everything. Takes the stress out of it. Had an amazing time on the tour and met friends for life!

I really enjoyed the week in Melbourne with the welcome to travel programme. It allowed me to see a lot of such a huge city, which I would not have seen if I had planned everything on my own. Besides the variety of excursions, I also got to know very nice people from different countries, who grew closer to my heart every day. I would also like to praise our programme leader Emily. We could always have a lot of fun and laugh with her because she was not only a teacher but also a mother and a best friend to us. At the end of the week, we had the opportunity to completely plan our trip with professional team members (Emily), which is very helpful, especially if you don't know your way around Australia. In summary, I would like to thank everyone who contributed to such an eventful week.

Emily was an amazing guide and answered question we had about melbourne, she also did a great job of getting everyone involved. The week was great value for money and welcome to travel also help out loads with what to do next in your Australian travels.

The Welcome to Travel Melbourne tour exceeded my expectations. The week was so fun and well organised but I was especially impressed with the support given regarding onwards travel/ work. It is worth doing a tour just to be a part of the community and to know that you always have support in Australia from the team. Also, our team leader Emily was amazing! She created a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere and she knows and loves Melbourne, so she is the perfect person to ask for advice about the city.

Great week-long tour in Melbourne with a nice bunch of people and lots of inclusions. Good value for money. Ongoing support for life as well as the set up of banking, sim card, tax file number etc is really helpful, would definitely recommend to anyone starting their working holiday down under!
