Ordered a Parma on Menulog, and not only did it arrive still hot but it was delicious! The salad and chips were perfect sides will be returning and highly recommend

One of the best parmas I have ever had. Side salad was delicious and the chips were really good. Staff were very friendly. We were there on a Saturday evening at it was very quiet. I can't understand why that is. Reasonable prices and great food and staff. Will be back.

The hotel offers great service and delicious plates. Great attention from the stuff. Highly recommended for events and celebration such as birthdays, graduation or weddings.

Absolutely delicious! It is my favourite restaurant in the City and it is great for any celebration or just good memories with friends! Thanks to the amazing crew that makes all this possible!

My husband and I went here today. Over all the ribs excellent. Just minus the chips to stiff and dry.

And wagyu beef burger it’s not like I was expecting. The burger It’s to dry. And side of burger I got once again is chips. And yes so dry. Don’t know why everything to dry on our plate today. I saw in review they said it’s delicious maybe it’s our unlucky day.
Maybe we will try again to make sure it’s only Bcs unlucky day. And we will try new menu.

Went in for steak night tonight with a few friends and the quality and size of the steak with a beer for $25 was unbelievable! Great chips and salad too. We ended up ordering a ribs platter to share too and they were to die for (8 hours slow cooked I’ve been told).

Furphy pints for $10 were an absolute steal. Great Thursday night with a couple games of pool and whiskey with the lovely owner Vinnie - will 100% be back.

We have been here a few times, always good service and good food, had the steak and a beer on cheap night! $20 bargain.

Had the ribs with my family last night best ribs i have ever had! And it was only $20 (monday only) it was huge barely even can walk after!

Highly recommend for people who love fusion foods. My favourite foods are Baby back pork ribs & Samosa.

I had my 30th birthday party at the Wayside Inn & it was incredible. Firstly Vinny, the owner was so helpful & great to organise this with, he made it so easy. The food was amazing, plenty for everyone, great variety & many options for dietary requirements. Drinks flowed & Vinny was very generous with letting me make a cocktail & many shots for the guests. Lastly, the venue was all set up with a great space to dance & outdoor area for smokers or non dancers:) Thanks again Vinny and Wayside staff! Definitely have another party here soon!

Definitely recommend visiting this place, the food was amazing! Had the garlic bread and fried chicken as entree which was a 11/10! Mains were the out in the west burger and a Parma, both exceptional. The staff were also lovely and very helpful/ friendly, shoutout to Vinnie, the venue owner/ manager. Will be back as regulars!

We can’t help going back to Wayside Inn every second week since we discovered it! Their specials are such great values - $18 for food and a drink. We have tried mini-ribs (Mondays) and bangers & mash (Saturdays) nights - the ribs are not mini at all:)
Other menu items are also very tasty. Our favorites are Moroccan lamb salad and Mexican parma- absolutely delicious!
Staff are so friendly and helpful, food comes out quick, atmosphere is great, nothing to complain.

I’m so impressed with the Wayside Inn, it deserves a review straight after I got home.

From the get go, it was an unpretentious and homely pub that was well designed, thoughtfully decorated and most of all greeted with a smile and really happy service.

We have children, and the amazing owner had a chat about when they bought the place and how they transformed it and it was a great story, with an amazing outcome.

Terrific food, tonight was parma night and for $18 what a bargain.

The kids steak was terrific too, cooked to my child’s liking and he wanted a second serve. The owner came and came the kids a fairy floss which went down great too! So impressed. Only $50 or so for an Arras sparkling too. We will be back

Melbourne is really back to entertaining after a long vacation. Viney is an outstanding host in a gastropub that was humming last Thursday night. Four best mates settled in for the night, brilliant starter platter, great steak and chippies, delish wine, and a brownie spectacular that had us waddling out the door. We'd tell everyone to go there, but we don't want it to get toooooo popular. Thanks again Viney.

What a pleasure! The weekly specials are great. Lovely food at reasonable prices in a pleasant environment. There are a variety of environments to suit your mood and the service is good.

Our local, and I absolutely love it! The staff are fantastic and the owner is so helpful and friendly. Couldn’t recommend more highly.
