Waverley Cinema reviews
48Really enjoyed the experience! It is really nice and cosy, certainly relaxing and really enjoyed the movie!
Female staff too strict with client with disability insisted on original companion card (won’t accept photocopy) despite client having an original concession card and despite the fact that we have been there before and presented original cards just few weeks ago! The same female staff recorded the details.
Not feasible to drive my client all the way back to get the original card with the horrible cold weather. Where is your compassion?
Cute small independent cinema playing arthouse and current blockbuster movies. Costs much less than the giants Hoyts and Village. Between $8- $13 for adults everyday.
Smaller intimate cinemas. Great to check out movies you're not sure of for often less than $10/ tix!
I personally like Waverley Cinema, I find it very affordable compared to main the main stream places, there is plenty of parking and usually good seats are easy to get. I usually get to see every thing that shows over time.
Very quiet and nice theater with friendly staff. The movie prices are three cheapest I have seen in Melbourne. Shows latest movies. Definitely going there again.
I love that we have a local independent alternative to the big companies that make it affordable to go to the movies. Easy online booking process and great cosy cinemas.
I loved this place. It's cheap while comparing with other cinemas, and you can watch the new release cinemas by not ripping off.
Ive been going to waverley cinemas for about 28 years but for some reason the lady who served me for a ticket today was so rude and never once smiled. I rather just pay extra and go to village
