The shop owner Jeremy is a very professional and friendly person to deal with and he is also very patient to his customers with a bit of humorous attitude. He is the best optometrist to us and definitely we would like to recommend to the others by now on.

I am a difficult customer in that I have really specific requirements with my glasses.
Jeremy and his staff go above and beyond to make sure my needs are met. Nothing is too difficult for him he takes the time to get things right and smiles all the way. It is refreshing to see someone so committed to their customers.give them a go you won't look back.

After hearing plenty of positive things about Watsonia Optical I decided I would skip the big chains and try them out.

Jeremy was heads and shoulders above any optometrist I had dealt with previously. I would go as far as saying that the level of service was the best I have come across, ever. He was very friendly and welcoming. He talked through many different options for a pair of new glasses which also included doing nothing as my current pair were still fine, there was no pressure to sell or upsell any product unnecessarily.

Absolutely amazing! After being loyal to a big brand in the optical market for far too long and just accepting the poor customer experience has me annoyed with myself for not looking earlier! This is the only optical team I will continue to use from now on. Great range of frames available with detailed explanation of why Jeremy may suggest a type of lens. Same with contact lenses - its not a one size fits all approach here. Be ready to blown away and continue to smile for months after meeting this awesome team.

Can't recommend this optometrist enough. After years of wearing glasses and dealing with major retailers, I was sure that this would be another bland, uninspired visit to a person who would rush me through the visit. Jeremy is a warm and knowledgeable optometrist. The clinic is welcoming and professional. Would highly recommend this clinic especially if you have children with complex optical needs.

I can't thank Jeremy and Bianca enough for their patience with my very anxious young daughter. It took three visits before she would have her eyes tested and Jeremy won her over with his calm and humour. Now both my girls beg to go and visit there again! Very happy and would recommend to anyone, but especially if you have young children that need an eye check.
