Customer service was appalling! Went in to get some steamed dimmies after work for my partner and I. We were 20 cents short so we offered to pay by card and she snapped and said no so we offered to go get the money out of the car and she cracked it and said “just give me what you’ve got. I can’t be bothered with your awkwardness and inconvenience. ” We went home disgusted in the way she treated us to find out she gave us less than what we ordered so we ended up over paying her. Love supporting local business but it really is a shame to be spoken to like that when we were nothing but polite. Definitely won’t be going back there again.

Very pleasant staff. Food is well cooked. When a mistake happens (as happens occasionally) staff are eager to apologise and rectify.

The pharmacy here is outstanding for going just that bit further in looking after their customers. Very professional.

The best kept secret for us locals. Sure you can get great fish and chips elsewhere but this place beats them all on price and feeds our family for under $15. We could get it under $10 if we wanted to. I also love that they do a good honest take away shop style burger. Brings back memories from my youth. Don't compare it to the trendy gourmet burgers or fast food chains this is a category on its own.

This hidden little gem is tucked away in a small community shopping strip on Old Cape Schanck Road in the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. There is a complete absence of fanfare and back slapping when you enter this facility as the energy is all about providing the hungry patron with fresh, tasty and nauseous free Fish and Chips. The cooking oil is obviously changed regularly (. And you would absolutely hope that would continue) resulting in that fresh, crisp and tasty fare that very few Fish & Chipperies present these days, and it is also the reason why most people keep coming back. Is it the best in the area? , probably. Is it worth a try? , definitely. For those that are not locals, give your order to the Lady at the register and get a ticketed number, you don’t want any confusion, it’s a busy place.

It’s quite close to the beach and convenient. They offers large amounts of chips and delicious seafoods. I’d recommend the prawns and sausages they are sooooooo good! I’ll definitely go there again.

Great Fish and Chips, burgers nice as well. Defintiely will re-visit there when i'm down around the area.

Food was okay, but staff looked like they would prefer to be dead than working. Nobody smiled, the atmosphere was cold and clinical and it was overall just uncomfortable.

Best Fish & Chips in the area. Fabulous Burgers as well. Highly recommend. If they don't answer the phone I suggest you go to the Shop as the NBN often goes down on them. Good on ya Telstra! Another fabulous disaster!

Been coming here for over 25 yrs, always the best tasting battered fish anywhere on the peninsula, and they don't rip your arms and legs off either. Check this place out!

As soon as we walked in, the staff were unfriendly and looked as though they didn't want to serve us. Not once did anyone smile at us. Perhaps it was because it was 20 minutes away from closing time or they've all had a bad day. Regardless, it was a terrible experience. The food was also quite oily. Not recommended.

Staff serving were very unpleasant and unfriendly. Food was average. Wouldn't come back even though we stayed in the area.

Not worth the bite, fish and chips are oily and overly salted. Expected better from a place close to the beach.
