Water Temple Floatation Center

Floating is such a special experience all my tension just melts away. The staff here are also so lovely, I’m naturally someone who feels the cold and they have been so great in ensuring I am comfortable. Can’t wait to go back next week!

Everytime i come to float my whole body goes into a complete meditative mode that I completely immerse myself, and once I come out any physical pains become less and less.it allows me to take time out and experience life in the slower side rather then rushing around.always looking forward to next time.

A really lovely way to relax. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it was really easy to get into. I almost felt as though I was in a trance. Can highly recommend this experience.

My experience in Water Temple was very unpleasant. I booked a 2 hour relaxation session in flotation tank. I lasted for 15 minutes. The the fumes of high concentration of chlorine used to clean flotation tank were was so strong that I couldn't breath properly and had to come out of tank. I was dizzy and nauseous. Additionally, chlorine water irritated my 'private parts', what took few weeks to heal. The worst part is that the owner refused to offer me a refund for the unpleasant experience, but offered ticket voucher for another 2 hour session. No thank you, I had enough stress after 15 min. In summary, If you a health conscious and want to avoid nasty chemicals, stay away from this place.

An amazing experience where one truly achieves a state of complete relaxation.
Staff are great and facilities are extremely clean which would satisfy anyone who is very particular about a clean environment.

Incredibly relaxing experience. Very clean, great staff with knowledge. You switch off for an hour and worth every second. I keep returning weekly. Great gift idea.

I've been to a few different flotation places around Melbourne and this is by far the best. The ambiance is so fresh and relaxing, and I love the pod style tanks. The staff are also very helpful.

HOT TIP: Even if you are unsure after your 1st float, give it another go - often it takes a while to get used to it and relax properly.
