Great customer service and explanations by Chess who was manning the service desk. The in-tank experience was very good too and had a really good sleep last night. Looking forward to my next visit tomorrow!

Outstanding product and service!

I had never tried floating before coming to Water Temple, but I had heard of its benefits so I decided to give it a shot. The whole experience, from start to finish, was absolutely amazing. The float itself was awesome and definitely a new feeling. It was almost like doing a 1 hour meditation, but better because it also had the physical benefits of the Epsom salts and being in the float tank. Not only that, but Mychelle ensured we had a great experience from start to finish. From the moment we came in, we were greeted with cups of alkaline, triple-filtered water as well as an introductory session telling us about floating and answering all the questions we had about the experience. After the float, we were provided with an amazingly tasty tea and a debrief session with Mychelle to talk about our experience. The level they go to to ensure you have an amazing experience and that you make the most of the health benefits is second to none.

We definitely loved our first experience at Water Temple and I can guarantee it won't be our last!

Walked past shop and decided I’m going to treat myself with experiencing a float and I’m so happy I did. Both owners were so helpful and explained the benefits of floating. I felt comfortable and safe to open up and discuss some of my issues. Such a different feel of relaxation while floating. Chase had a chat with me after my float and really brought out issues I’m dealing with and gave me advice, thank you. I’m definitely coming back for a float soon.

My first float was an incredible experience. It unlocked a lot for me emotionally, after which the owner was kind enough sit and discuss with me. It was life changing. I cannot express how lovely both owners are, Chess and Michelle quite obviously care a great deal about the health and well-being of others and have created a beautiful and safe space to do that in. Already looking forward to my next trip!

I was absolutely blown away at the service I was provided here at Water Temple. Chess you were so welcoming and made the experience even more imcredible, thank you. Magnesium was fantatsic for muscle recovery and a good night's sleep shortly after. If you meditate this is a great way to really let go of everything and relax.

Very classy facilities but look out for the marketing propaganda. "To receive the most benefit, floating needs to become a part of your lifestyle". Why don't they just be honest? "We want your regular business" instead of guilt-tripping people with "you won't enjoy you're 1st, 2nd, 6th float. You need to give us regular money to underwrite our business model / enjoy floating". FFS!

It was really awesome and i loved that i was in control of everything in the tank. I totally switched off. Customer service went above and beyond. The whole experience was welcoming, inviting and calming. I floated out of my first session.

I started sessions at Water Temple in January 2019. After four or five sessions, I started experiencing the true benefits of floating. Due to the concentration of salt in the pod, you float very lightly, as if on a perfect mattress. There is something unique about the sensory deprivation aspect of the pod, too, resulting in an unusual depth of relaxation. The staff are also lovely at the centre, which is very modern and clean.

One of the best experiences ever, staff are super friendly and nice. Atmosphere is very relaxing and calm just as it should be. Highly recommend
