They took additional photos and answered all of my queries quickly and professionally. The courier arrived the next day and the watch was as described and in perfect order and condition. Very poor customer service, no any patience for customers, few questions can be make them unhappy and will give the attitude straightaway, that boss man is the worst and that female is ok, be aware of shot your question to them.
