Sorry for the negative review but I took the trouble to travel more than 30km to have my watches evaluated - staff were friendly but did not seem keen to do business with me even though i brought and provided all necessary paperwork and boxing. I understand that the watches might not have been of interest to them but I was in the shop for less than 10 minutes after a 1 hour drive to the city and did not feel wanted or welcomed.
Promised to call back to give me an answer later that day (whether it'd be a yes or no) but never heard back. Been > 4 weeks now.
Disappointed with the poor communication.
Edited my review from 2 star to 1 now due to the very rude opening response sentence from the owner!

They also ensured that when the watch arrived it would fit properly by supplying and fitting an extra link for a small charge. The watch was in exquisite condition and takes pride of place in my collection. A true customer focussed business that I highly recommend.
