A rare gem these days - a local family-run music store. Well stocked and knowledgeable staff. Good for instrument maintenance too.

Brilliant. These guys are fantastic. I just bought a Roland FP-30 from them. Couldn't get a better price than these guys, even online! They have great gear in stock. Very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and a family feel to the place. Also, the cutest puppy in the world lives there! Good music school too. This place is an all round great set up.

We bought a keyboard from them just before Christmas. It was a most enjoyable experience. Their knowledge of music and instruments is vast. Would never consider going anywhere else.

Have made a few purchases over the years, but staff almost always make me feel like they don't really want me there. Most recently bought a cable that didn't do the job I needed it to and requested a refund. Was told that they don't do refunds and that he had tried to tell me the cable wouldn't work. Whereas actually I had described what I wanted it for and he said, "that should work". And then proceeded to sell it to me.

Another poor experience was when my girlfriend bought a beginner's guitar from them a few years ago. She felt condescended to, to the point that she now doesn't want to go back there to get it fixed. I feel the same. Won't go back there again, unless they are willing to reexamine their approach to customer service and refunds.

Spoke with Ken. He was extremely helpful and proactive! There's a reason why this business has been around for 45 yrs.
