Vodafone - South Yarra

Wonderful service from Anusha who transferred everything from my old phone to the new one today. Thanks also to Ricky who set up the trade in and new plans etc whilst that was happening. Highly recommend this store.

Ricky at South Yarra provided excellent customer service on 2 visits to the store. He explained my best options clearly, answered all my questions. He informed that I was eligible for a great trade in offer for my phone which I did and am super happy with. He is a good listener and genuinely cares about his customers having a good experience. All other staff I interacted with had a great attitude as well and were super helpful. I'm making this my home store now.

Poor customer service at chapel street branch the guy (manager) seating at this store is pretty rude.and the girls working there are having very less knowledge due to their poor working way, my application for new phone got rejected. Poor experience

The manager of this shop was complete out of line this morning (20/01/22). I went in to get a new sim card for my phone and the manager heavily criticised me for not purchasing my new phone in his shop. He was extremely rude, short tempted and seemed very jealous that I didn't purchase my phone with him. Furthermore, he tried numerous times to guilt trip me about this, and said I should know better for next time as he needs the money for his shop. Believe me there will be no next time! No wonder his business is stuck for money if this is what his customer service or lack of customer is like!

It was super easy to get a new number and account set up. Ricky was really helpful and friendly

Ricky was amazing to deal with. His knowledge and passion is a rarity to find these days and it showed in how he served us. Yash is the guy! He was the guy that helped me at the store when I went in to fix myself up a better sim plan. He was so smooth and fluent in what he’s doing there. I told him what I wanted short and sweet. He didn’t try to oversell me or anything but told me my options, set me up with what I wanted and gave me plenty of tips to avoid having to spend money unnecessarily when managing a sim plan. See upselling is always a turn off to customers. He’s a keeper to Voda!

number one - I went to buy a new phone and Ricky helped me choose what was best for me and did not pressure me on anything; it was super easy, non-stressful and quick, then he helped me set it all up and move all my stuff from my old phone to my new phone!

number two - I came back another time to wipe my old phone and they help me do that!

number three - I brought my old phone in along with another friends of mine phone who is also with Vodafone, this wasn’t so easy but I left it with Ricky who figured it out and moved all of my friends stuff across to my old phone for him!

These have been great experiences every time and I would highly recommend going to that store for any questions or assistance; they are absolutely delightful in there and made a somewhat stressful task extremely enjoyable!
