Great service from Tushar - he walked us through the entire sign up process for a post paid plan and gave us a detailed rundown of the inclusions and considerations that we needed to make. Out of all the Vodafone franchises and company stores Chapel Street South Yarra Stonnington is amongst the best.
Ask for Arjun, Saba or Michelle and they will serve you like as if they are on your payroll!

Do not ever sign up with this company. They disconnected my service without notifying me before hand and left me stranded 5 and half month pregnant with no phone to call for help as i had a panic attack and couldn't call for hel. Shame on you and your team vodafone. I will tell everyone about 0 star level of customer service. The stor phone numbers aren't even connected so you need to call India to speak to an Australian customer care centre. I dont trust my information with people who live in another country.

Staff not willing to help, and then I went to Vodafone in Chadstone - they solved the issue responsibly and quickly.
Worst service ever, we had a new Vodafone 5g modem device delivered to our home office on Friday, having spent 20mins on hold and 20mins on the phone with Vodafone tech support this morning, they said it appears the modem is faulty, the tech support was very helpful, he told us to visit a physical store to test it further and if its faulty the store will replace it for us. My mother who is 64 years old is the account holder and went to the Chapel st store, she put me on the phone with the lady in store, the lady was rude and unhelpful and did not even want to let me finish my sentence to explain to her my conversation with tech support this morning, she then said she can replace it but need the 4 digit approval code from Vodafone, I asked her if she can help my mother while in store to call tech support to get the approval, She said no! You have to call them. Her manager then called and spoke to my mother, he says no we can't replace it as we don't have any stock in store. The experience was really appalling. We have made a formal complaint to Vodafone about this store.
This store is dodgy, I am an existing vodafone customer yet they insisted on taking scans of my id yet at other vodafone stores no scan was required for the exact same service, leaves a bad taste in my mouth especially in light of the optus hack.

This is the only time I've reviewed a business twice. Twice this particular family run business has saved me considerable distress and a whole lot of time.
Smashed my phone the day I caught Covid. As soon as I was out of isolation I made a trip to visit this team. Explained my situation and begged them to somehow get my data exported to a new phone without having to pay the 500 bucks every screen repair shop was quoting me on to do so.
These guys gave up 2 hours of their morning while continuing to serve other customers and through pure diligence and commitment, they somehow miraculously transferred all my data and brought me a coffee to help calm my nerves. I can not thank them enough.
They never try to upsell me, they just get you the best deal available and ensure you walk out happy and they've got the job done.
They ask for nothing in return, hence why I am compelled to review them again.
Thank you team. I really mean it, you saved my skin and my job relies completely on my rollerdex so you saved me. Again.
They might be Vodafone but real quality customer service varies from place to place. I can honestly say this team and store are the very best in the business and I hope more people give them a go. They deserve more business.

Amazing experience today at Vodafone. Arjun was so quick to attend to our needs, answer questions and when we decided on the right plan he was so quick to set things up. Usually I feel like these things drag on but not today. Hope Arjun is being rewarded for his great service skills!
Super sneaky guys here, I would go to a different Vodaphone store, tried to con me into a more expensive plan that I didn’t want or need and said I would be saving money when it would have actually costed me more.

This Vodafone office is very conveniently located and easily accessible form the shopping street near the South Yarra train station. The staff is amazing. Staff is going beyond and above for the customer. Very helpful. I highly recommend this service.
