The service I received from both Chris and Anh was second to none. I upgraded three phones and from start to finish the process was effortless. Friendly, helpful and knowledge of products they gave us the best outcome and experience. Anh and Chris are an asset to Vodaphone and have demonstrated the best customer service I have experienced.

Was served by Ali today, went in for a upgrade. Was the best service I've ever received. He was 5 star quality. Customer service like this keeps me with Vodafone.

Just walked past and staff sitting in office with masks down, customers in store with no masks on at all. Not a good look for the company when their own staff don’t even take a pandemic seriously.

Phone was dead, I was panicking but Anh the manager at Vodafone managed to calm me down and helped me to transfer all my contents to the new phone. Thank you so much!

I am so happy with the service received from Jeannette. I am nearly 65 and have previously had my late son help with anything to do with the telephone. It can be very stressful and Jeannette was so helpful and patient. Thank you.

Quick to pass the problem onto Vodafone as they're only a franchise, which isn't noted anywhere.

Telstra was going to charge me $30 just to help me install the Covid Safe app onto my phone. But Anh from Vodafone did it for free

Amazing service helping me set up a mobile phone for my 89year old mum and 93 year old dad that have never owned or used a mobile phone before!

Anh the manager at Vodafone Westfield Airport West was absolutely wonderful. He patiently explained my options and helped me to make the move to my new phone as seamless as possible. Cannot compliment enough!

I went in to get my phone fixed and Kevin was absolutely wonderful and very helpful. He is very polite and friendly! I’ve been to many Vodafone stores, but no one compares to Kevin. There needs to be more people like Kevin! Keep up the excellent customer service!

I bought a new phone Samsung galaxy 9 and 2 days after paying for a 3 year contract the Samsung galaxy 10 comes out the staff knew it was coming out and should have said to me if you wait 2 days you can purchase the new Samsung 10 but they just saw a quick sale dollars. I rang voda phone and told them and they said nothing they can do now.l because I have activated the new phone 2 days ago. I just joined visa phone 5 month's ago after being with Optus for 12 years I should have stayed with Optus maybe more expensive but they looked after there customers
