Upgraded my phone with the help of Ash from the airport west store! He was so helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend!

My daughter recently visited the Airport West store and was so pleased with the service she received from Mickey, he was extremely helpful, thorough and friendly which was extremely impressive as she had visited another phone store and had received very poor service so I was happy to see her happy and both she and I would recommend this particular store, our whole family have purchased all their phone and other devices from this store for many years, keep up the good work, these guys deserve a pay rise.

Staff always above and beyond, poor guy was working alone but had excellent customer rapport and people skills.

Massive shopping centre. A little busy. Very popular without a doubt. Vodafone are awesome. JB hi-fi are too interested in rushing a sale

If you got any issues with your mobile or Nbn it is the right place to go at times a little bit of waiting but at the end you find it was wort the waiting.

I joined Vodafone sim only plan. Vodafone said they will deliver my sim within week or I can get blank sim from store I went to this store asian appearance staff said he can't do this I need to call Vodafone I know he was lieing so I wend to broadmdows shopping centre Vodafone store he took only 5 minutes it get ready my sim, lazy staff

WOW What amazing customer service I received today at Vodafone Airport West. Mikey was so patient with all my questions and signed me up for an amazing deal. Anyone in the North Western suburbs should head down to this store. Best Service Ever!

20/01/2022 8.14 pm is the time when i visited this store and the salesperson who is here is really rude and unprofessional. Was waiting outside the store and he even didn't bother to talk to me. Reall unprofessional and rude person. Always go there but due to today now this was my visit.

I would like to thank Ali and Chris at Vodafone Airport West. Ali sign me up to a new phone after taking the time to listen to my needs. Chris was amazing! He transferred my old phone data, apps, etc which made the process easy for me. Nothing was too much trouble. Chris was patient with my questions. I have been dealing with this store for many years and every time the staff have been amazing. Thank you again for extremely efficient service and professional knowledge. Highly recommend dealing with this store and staff. Very grateful.

Good customer service, went to upgrade phone and staff were nice.helped me get best deal and even did somethig with offsetting something so i get accessories included at no extra cost. This annoyed me as i wasnt really explained and walked out with bluetooth speaker i didnt want/need. When i wanted to not take, he said "gift to family". I went next day to trade my phone and ask to return unopened, he said could have $ value of accessories but 1. All extremely overpriced 2. No variety, nothing avaliable for Samsung phones. I learnt this is a franchise store which is why stock range was poor. Ended up with wireless charging pad at 150 and a screen protector 20 both of which i purchased night before BNIB for on third of their cost in store. Team are lovely though, maybe his name was Ali, switched all my phone from iphone to galaxy in half hour

Today I popped in to upgrade my phone and was served by Chris. His service, advice and guidance on my phone upgrade was the best by far. I’m often daunted by all the options so Chris’ friendly and supportive advice allowed me to select the best product and plan for my needs while keeping within my budget. Thanks Chris for the stellar experience!

I would like to share my experience with the stores person Ali. He was such a nice person with excellent customer service skills. I had to take a new mobile phone as I popped in to the store and Ali received me and navigated through the entire procedure and finished the order 20mins or something. Clear speech, fine explanation, clear and honest suggestion. And when i was in doubt to go either go with pro max or ultra 21 the team member jumps in to help me show his ultra 21 and gives me a clear idea to choose so i was pretty confident picking it from there. Not to mention about the complementary I had received for the purchase galaxy buds and speaker. Ali keep it up man.

Ali at airport west Vodafone was great went out of the way to help me and looked after me with the best possible deal great service.

Very bad customer service the manager showed no respect very rude and bad attitude i had a problem with my phone and he didn't even bother looking at it instead he told me is not his problem and ask me to take the phone directly to Samsung the manager needs to have more experience and be more respectful to customers and maybe go back to school and do some management courses. Put in mind those guys are just dealers with Vodafone so they will sell you the phone and if anything happens to your phone you have to deal with it

Chris at Airport West was great and patient and understanding. He sorted out the new sim card and taught us a few new phone tricks.

I really appreciate Annie's and Jatin's effort! She gave me the 500GB deal and the s21+ phone and IT IS AMAZING! Worth the wait
