This is a great store, dude behind the counter super friendly, great selection of records & thankfully for me accessories for Pro-Ject turntables. Went in for a drive belt, walked out with the right one and a few new records. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Very happy with the service from the team, they took the time to talk me through my options, with no nonsense or pushy up selling. Gave me demo's on products, as well as giving me some great advice, helping me settle on a set up that goes above and beyond what I'd hoped for. The shop has a great atmosphere and a nice selection of records.

Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable team, helped to diagnose a faulty power supply and took the time to troubleshoot each part of the setup. Definitely coming back for any audio equipment needs in the future.

Where so I start.
Ok I bought my project espirit from these guys about 5 years ago back then goodish service, today I got a Slipmat and phono leads, the service was good but the Slipmat were advertised as a 2 pack but was advised there was only 1 in a pack but thicker, no discount at all 2 going into 1, come on lift your game!
The online orders lady was polite and in my eyes a complete honey!
Now I ask the person what is the difference between 2 cartridges, we are talking 399 to 499 sale here, he says they have so manny cartridges there it’s hard to tell.
You only have a few on your website, if you can’t tell me the difference at that price range you don’t care for business or your on the cone, really can you pass up that sale because you don’t know or can’t be stuffed knowing?

After waiting a few months for international stock to become available, my new speakers arrived in their store, and the very next morning they were being unboxed at my house, 650kms away.

Mid last year I bought a turntable package from VR that included the Klipsch The Sixes and a Pro-Ject Carbon Evo turntable. The team were very accommodating with my request to upgrade and fit an Ortofon Blue stylus. It arrived perfectly, and when there were some manufacturer issues with the speakers, they bent over backwards to super quickly resolved the issues. I couldn't have asked for better service.

I have been very fortunate late last year and was able to look at upgraded from my Klipsch The Sixes, to the Klipsch Heresy IVs. But then I needed an amp to add to the setup. I'm pretty sure I was the most annoying customer for Victor, with my millions of questions and configuration changes, but through out the process he was amazing and seemed as excited about my new setup as I was.

I got the Cambridge Audio Evo 150, as the amp, and some awesome Chord speaker cables.and boy does this setup rip. "Ode to No one by" by The Smashing Pumpkins from the Melancholy vinyl boxset is amazing at low and (especially) high volume, and then on the flipside the 4 disc LP "Night Bird" by Eva Cassidy is hauntingly beautiful and fills the room so sweetly.

While I'm still working on placement, and I loved my The Sixes and raved about how great they sound, but the difference in dynamics, clarity and soundstage is amazing.

Was looking to upgrade my old HiFi system and came across Vinyl Revival. From ordering to delivery the staff were great and easy to work with. Really happy with my new system and can recommend shopping here.
