Vintech Camera Service Centre

Extremely happy! My canon digital camera has been discontinued, canon no longer stock parts and other repairers were not interested in trying to repair it. Vintech sourced the replacement part and now the camera is working as new! Thank you Vintech!

My circular ND filter is felt on the floor, the filter came off from the framre, I can't put it back together, asked a camera shop while I was visiting Melbourne downtown, he gave me VINTECH CAMERA. SERVICE address, the owner fixed it in 15 minutes, and no charge! What a surprise! Now I an use my ND filter again to continue my New Zealand trip, by the way I come from Canada, THANK YOU VERY MUCH VINTECCH ！

I brought my DSLR in to have it's sensor cleaned today, and turn around was only 2 hours! The service was friendly, fair, and even includes a one year warranty in case more dust appears. Would highly recommend Vintech over the other providers in the area. His price was better than the quote I got from other stores as well.

Quality and quick service from a small camera repair store whom have been very reliable with the quotation and repair time in just 3 days for me which makes me feel very relieved (until I saw the bill, lol).

I do have one complaint as I have shared in the image that while they have fixed the shutter dial that needed a replacement, they didn't do a great job with the grip rubber as it's still possible to pull off if anything happened. I can probably fix it with glue but with the amount I paid for the job, it does knock down a star for me.

UPDATE: They fixed the grip for me, free of charge and even offered to replace the grip in the future without any additional costs. Thanks Vintech!

Great people, great service dropped off camera at 1030 clean and serviced picked it up at 100 great to use a camera with everything cleaned it's like a new one (money well spent)

Great Service and speedy repair. I thought my camera was lost to me but the helpful crew at Vintech saved my baby. They kept me informed every step of the way with no surprises. They know what they are doing and I'll be going back to service some of my older equipment soon. Highly recommend.

I brought my old Sony A200 camera with autofocus not working. Guy at the centre fixed it while I was there and didn't take any money. Yes, he fixed it for free! Something you rarely see these days.

Excellent. Fully serviced and calibrated two vintage Pentax SLRs recently. Very quick turnaround and reasonably priced, and both cameras are now absolutely perfect and precise. Highly recommended!

Once again, Vintech fixed the mount screw on my Fuji camera in about 2 mins after the camera shop said it’d be a 3 week round trip to Fuji and back.

Very happy with the prompt service provided by Marty and this Company. My Sony camera required someone to look at it urgently after a mishap and they very obliging looked at it and quoted within 8 hours. The parts had to come from Singapore apparently but they arrived in quick time and It was repaired to a satisfactory condition. I really Appreciated the prompt service.

Can't say enough good things about their service - fully serviced my Pentax ME Super, which came up a treat. They are honest, professional, and delivered on time. Also, when the shutter jammed they honoured it under their warranty (even one time when it was user error and not their fault). Do not take your camera anywhere else.

I was very impressed with the prompt and professional service offered at Vintech. Very helpful! I had a cross threaded filter which was locked onto my camera, Ted's camera shop recommended I go here. It was fixed in 2 mins no charge, with a smile. Will recommend Vintech to anyone with camera issues in future.

After not being happy with the results of my original sensor clean, I took my camera back to get it re-done. The staff member was really polite about the situation and re-done it free of charge under my warranty and done a good job this time:)

Friendly, knowledgeable and honest staff. After looking for the right lug straps for months (including Japan!) they whipped them off a dead camera and threw in a strap for an absolute bargain price. Highly recommend!

After much research I decided to entrust Vintech with the repair and clean of my much-loved Sony NEX-7. They did a great job for a reasonable price, and the camera was ready earlier than they advised when I dropped it off. I'm really pleased and will use them again.
