So this starts out bad but ends really well! We headed to the movies for my birthday and within 5 minutes of the movie starting, several people were talking and yelling in the theatre and then the people sitting behind us kept kicking my seat. We left the movie and complained to the manager who was amazing! I was expecting an apology and maybe a voucher to use next time but he went above and beyond for us! He popped us into Gold Class for the next movie showing and catered to all our needs. As a hormonal pregnant woman on her birthday, this really did turn what could have ruined my day, into a great night!

Great seats.good selection of movies. Always kept clean. Dedicated kids area. Good website. Easy to use. Points system is on par with Hoyts. Only complaint is seats aren't reclining. But they're comfortable enough.

The customer support and care for customer health is terrible at village. The centre managers are not trained to handle customer relations. Very poor management.

Relax and enjoy, just like your in your own lounge room! It's a little pricey for food, although you can get food from the regular snack bar. For a 'date night' for parents it's a great way to have dinner and catch a movie at the same time.

Took my three kids to Gold Class as a holiday treat. The food has really gone down hill which is dissapointing considering the price. Otherwise it's a great Cinema, clean and friendly staff.

Gold glass was a bit disappointing. The bottle of wine we ordered for the start of the movie didn't come until an hour in. And the chocolate and caramel popcorn had alot of unpoped corns and a couple of burnt ones

Best cinemas and food court. Make an account and reap the rewards with your telstra rewards you can same money on tickets and food combos. Everyday is tight arse Tuesday.

Good movie place, need to start cleaning as soon as everyone gets out but if they do that’s a 5 star and just need to be quicker so people can take a seat but otherwise a great cinema

Horrible service and terrible slow. Don’t offer a premium product if you can’t meet expectations.
30 mins for our drinks to come and this time
It was a full lounge. Nothing has changed! Slow slow slow service. Hire more quality staff!

Cinema staff were very friendly and the cinema was very clean. The boosted sound and upgraded seats in Vmax were worth the extra money.

I took my daughter to see Peter Rabbit in gold class and I was not too impressed. We got there atleast 15 to 20 mins before the movie started and it was not until when we are suppose to go in that someone came to take our order. Then once the movie started everyone around us immediately started to get their drinks and food. We didn't get our food until probably 20-25 mins into the movie. I did ask to bring the food and drinks from the beginning. Also they bring the food but not the drinks. I had to call them during the movie and ask where are our drinks and we still had a dessert. Then they brought the drinks and dessert at the end of the movie and also didn't bring the hot chocolate for my daughter.

No signage to know where to go, movie stopped and no monitoring to ensure the actually movie starts. No wonder online streaming is replacing the cinemas expensive experience.

Cinema was clean, seats comfortable and staff very friendly. We were in the VJunior cinema with slide and it was perfect. The kids had a 10 minute break half way through the movie and burnt off some much needed energy on the slide. A perfect morning.

The junior cinema is good for the kids, they get a play time in between, this allowed the kids to run around and have a bit of fun before continuing the movie.

We had exceptional customer service tonight at the candy bar by a very nice gentleman call Tom (might have been Thomas). Very professional and excellent attention to detail and pride in his work. Please pass along our feedback.and Tom- keep up that attitude as it will open doors for you mate.

It was nice and quiet this time around. Downstairs they've redone the whole area, so it's beautiful for a date or family outing. Especially in the evening with the lights etc, definitely worth a look. The playground in the middle looks beautiful and classy and you can keep an eye on the kids from just about every restaurant.

Terrible service. No priority queue for online orders so you still have to like up with everyone else, and the staff were incredibly rude. Only one server was managing to serve 80% of the lounge single-handedly whole the other 4 did the other 20%. The cinema itself was unclean, with used chewing gum in the cupholders, and absolutely zero effort into spacing patrons apart to maintain social distancing. We were sat with people directly on front and behind us, definitely less than 2.5 metres.
