Staff were all very friendly and polite, took about 20mins after being seated to be offered the option of ordering a drink to start with. During the movie had someone else’s meal placed on our table which then took someone 10mins to come get it as the person who left it there just dumped it and ran back up the stairs, had our groups orders mixed up each time something was brought out and kept having to swap what had been dropped to us between ourselves.

I really enjoyed going to the cinemas there. Very spacious, clean, snack bar with big variety, fast service, friendly atmosphere for all ages. Screen the latest movies. Local cafes near by.

Decent theatre with great selection of movies and decent service but its high time to upgrade the seats to recliner like Hoyts

We went on a Friday night to see Equalizer 2 which was to start at 9.15. It didn't start until 45 mins later. Very late night: - (

Great service today from one of the staff members who used his brain and handed some dropped cards out of a wallet to my client.

Great cinemas, but they do vary in quality. Make sure if you are seeing a blockbuster which is meant to be visually appealing you see it in the Vmax as this guarantees sound and video quality

Quite enjoyed the customer service and pricing is great but the only thing was my popcorn didn't taste very fresh

Fun place for the kids and family. Well maintained cinemas and facilities. Friendly staff. Shame about the price of popcorn but they gotta make a buck somewhere

Totally lack of customer care.don't spend your money here. Go to an independently owned cinema or to Hoyts where you might be valued as a human. Instead of just an entity with money inside it.

It's a bit expensive, and has set that standard in people's minds about the cost.
That said the theatres they have are great, and their selection of movies is great.

Large variety of movies and food. Comfortable seats, good sound quality and even an arcade to have a little extra fun

Looking a bit tired and dated, concession/food should be so much cheaper, it can be expensive for families, but the staff are a credit to the company

V JNR is great for younger kids. With a slide in the cinemas prior to the movie and in the intermission it is uniquely entertaining way to go to the movies.

We just tried Village Junior with our 2.5 year old. She loved it and we loved being able to go back to the movies again.

Waited for 25 minuets, showing absolutely waste of time advertisement. Never coming back, over wait time for movies even after paying.

Love visiting the Gold Class here even though it's not our closest Gold Class cinema. Being surrounded by so many restaurants makes this cinema location ideal as you can have a bite to eat before going to see a movie as I'm not a fan of the Gold Class food, it's always way too salty and usually overcooked. I do like to order wine and dessert though at Gold Class as that's always delicious.
