Village Cinemas Knox reviews
57Vjunior cinemas are fantastic for kids to early teens. Plenty of stuff to keep them busy pre show. Seats slightly worn but that's about it
Good cinemas, very clean and the staff are very friendly. We watched maestro here on a Wednesday night, it was very quiet and we almost had the cinema to ourselves. There’s lots of restaurants in the ozone outside the cinemas.
The village cinemas in Knox are the regular spot for us to watch multilingual movies. It is as good as any other village across Victoria. However, the downside is that their maintenance of a few screens is quite bad. There have been a few occasions that the screens were smelling like urinals. We took time to highlight this to them via an email, but no one seemed to have bothered, except that they sent some useless auto reply email stating you say, "we listen"!
Not much anyone can do.it's more a preparatory feedback.
Came here with my girl friends to watch Barbie and we had a splendid time!
Comfy theatre seats and high-quality visuals and sound. All the staff we encountered - from the cashier, to the ticket inspector, to the cleaner - were all super kind and friendly.
I throughly enjoy going to villages Gold Class experience, which is why I got so often (roughly once a fortnight). Sadly, I went to Knox where the gold class female manager was nothing but vile. She extremely rude the moment we walked in and clearly had an attitude problem. We ordered a pick five through her, as well as add on. She seemed annoyed to be taking our order and charged us an extra $9 for replacing the blue cheese, franks red hot and another dipping sauce with garlic Aioli. This seems ridiculous to be charged $9 for replacing three side sauces with a different one. As someone who works in customer service and is aware of how difficult it can be. I am very startled by her attitude and abruptness from just walking through the door. End note: the female manager at Knox was extremely rude in her role. The food was very good so compliments to the chef.
Nice and clean. Reconstruction causing some disruption and loss of the grandeur. New style doors are an improvement.
Briliant pre lockdown eve date night with my daughter, she loved it and we cant wait to come back
First time ever going to gold class. Was super excited. Order our drinks before we went in. We wait half a hour for them. The table in front of us got there drinks and food plus another drink before we even got our drinks. We ask twice what was happening.saw them on my bar don't know how long they where sitting there. Very very poor service for the price we pay for the tickets
Fantastic cinema and fantastic food in goldclass but spoiled by rude women serving and absolutely ludicrous rule that I order chicken strips and cannot choose more suitable sauce. Sauces x 3 come with chicken strips are not my taste.hot sauce too hot, blue cheese but i prefer not cheese dairy. I ask for plain sauce in replacement but she won’t EXCHANGE but charge me $3 for plain sauce and nasty argumentative about it! I come with four people and she charge extra $12 in total just for sauce on top of $88 for four serve of chicken strips!
Village knox greedy and now i go to different cinema at village doncaster who very happy to change sauces no extra charge.
This is a great cinema to take friends and family to see the latest blockbuster hits, with a nice layout and a retro-modern interior, this cinema provides comfort and a great time for everyone
Watched a film in Village Europa very comfortable theatre with a cafe where hot and cold drinks available to take in theatre

I love watching movies in this cinema. Easy to buy tickets and popcorn. Staff are nice, friendly and helpful. Just next to restaurants. Very clean place and spacious. Looking forward to watching movies with family and friends.
It was busy today. Been ages since last visit here. The cinema is just that, the down fall as usual how expensive it is. Otherwise all good. The staff friendly and helpful. It was clean and fresh. Not much to say.
Seats are cushioned ones but not recliners.
So its a bit difficult if the movie is really long. Other than that, in the matter of cleanliness its good.
About what you’d expect from a cinema, though there was an overwhelming smell of urine in the corridor heading to cinema 11
Not like it use to be. Cinema experince altered not like pre covid days. Space squeezed, feels clausterphobic and slighty dingy.
Nice friendly staff, food was good (nice and hot) good sound watching the movie, I'll go again,
We were disappointed in the amount of time allowed for the slide. My daughter didn't get to go on it as the line was too long and when she finally got to the front of the line, the lights went out and the slide was closed.
Theatres are generally clean. It used to be easier to purchase tickets but now you have to wait in queues at the refreshment counter. All this company is thinking of is making extra money and not caring about their Customer service.
You usually have to wait for people to decide what they are going to purchase like Ice Creams. Drinks. And popcorn. I wonder if any of their Executives have ever tried to purchase tickets from this counter. As I am sure if they did they would change the system very quickly.
