To the girl who basically ran up to us and pushed us out of the store at 4: 55pm last Monday, you just lost out on a huge bridal party/bridal lingerie sale lying about "closing in 5 minutes. " (I have received confirmation from Victoria's secret on Facebook that they should have been open for another half hour.) We went to Honey Birdette instead. Lazy, lazy girl.

Went in store to purchase satin Pjs as all pjs were advertised to be 30% off. Went to pay and was told Satin were excluded from sale yet no where did it say excluding satin Pjs, there was even a large sign on top of the satin pj table stating 30% of ALL pjs! Customer service was terrible. No apology for the false advertising. Why are the products sold here more expensive than the US?

I got a gift from someone and after almost a week from the purchase date I received it and it was a little smaller. Went back to the store and got the exact same products in a bigger size and at the counter they told me to pay them 50$ price difference since the promo is not on the products anymore. It's so stupid they were exactly the same products. Funny thing is that I couldn't get back my previous smaller gift bra's and get my money back. Eitherway had to be scammed by them!

Be careful out there when you purchase something on promo even if it's a gift

Worst customer service I’ve EVER experienced in my life. I went to exchange a gift I had received and the lady at the cashier was like ‘you can’t keep exchanging things’ I told her it was a gift and it was my first time exchanging it, she kept going on about that I can’t keep exchanging things and that they will lose money if we keep exchanging… What’s that got to do with anything? ! She was SO rude and had absolutely no care and feelings in the way she was treating me. I came the next day to speak to someone and then I found a fight was going on between customers and another staff member. It is a shame and very disappointing that an ‘overrated’ brand like this in Chadstone has staff members with this attitude. They all just seem so unprofessional and you could see they just have bad team work ethic. Not buying from there again!

I had a terrible experience at this location. Slow staffs and horrible customer service. No-one seemed to care about customers. Had to wait for 45 minutes to checkout. Only 3 people in the counter that too slow like a not going back again!

Absolutely horrid.
The girl at the door was checking vaccine passports when this is not even a requirement in Victoria at the moment. She had no regard for customers and was not even greeting anyone.
Walked in the store with the full intention to buy a bra, no one greeted me or offered service, especially when I waited around until someone was free and still they completely disregarded my existence in the store.
Went to exit the store and the girl at the door asked to check my bag, which was odd because she didn’t ask to check anyone else’s. My bag was a small bag so I’m thinking she didn’t like my middle eastern looks.
Disappointing because the service in the United States is exemplary to this abomination. Never again.

I was served by the magnificent sales professional “Angel”. She went above and beyond for me and gave me a fitting. She was extremely knowledgeable about products and gave me a great recommendations of styles and bras. Very grateful for her service. I’ll be back to see Angel.

The product placement need a lot of improvement. The lotions and body mists are scattered in random places.

The wait to the fitting room was ridiculous! The staff who was in the fitting room was SO RUDE! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
and there was 1 rude staff in the fitting room only considering the amount of people waiting to go in! Shocking! And when asked how long it may possibly take, the staff replied so rudely!

Cashier was an Indian woman who had bagged the incorrect item. When I went to return it since I had realised that I had bought an item that I did not want on a seperate day I was not allowed to due to the strict return policy. I had to deal with an old wrinkly white woman who did not reflect the brand and honestly really disappointing that the manager didn't want to solve the issue and the old wrinkly woman would not let me directly speak to her myself and instead wanted to play messenger.

Expensive but some very pretty lingerie etc. Would love to see some plus sized items introduced for all those lovely, curvy ladies out there.

I was served 3 years ago by a SHARLEE, she was not a nice young lady. Where has the customer is always right attitude gone these days? ! Ridiculous behaviour don't even know where to start. I start from beginning.

I went in for a set for my ngirlfriends and she gave me a funny look when it is not the business of hers SHARLEE.then i find that about the high prices when the website clearly states different prices! USD or AUD it should be the same price for me regardless I am payiNG customer!

Today I had a very pleasant experience at Victoria Secrets Chadstone Store. We were met by a lovely lady who directed me to the right person for my needs. Their attention to detail was exceptional and nothing was too difficult. I came away with 3 items I was looking for. A special thankyou to Elizabeth and Ben who gave outstanding customer service. Thank you all for making our 3 hour trip from the country a most enjoyable day.

Amazing attention to detail and the girls in the fitting rooms are so amazing. Never going anywhere else for bras!

All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Mia in particular was so wonderful in helping me with sizing and styles. Definitely a positive experience!

When dealing with Avalon with Chat & Shop service, i was absolutely overwhelmed with her outstanding customer service. To provide such caring approach and offering alternatives because they did not have my size in stock. Well done Avalon and the team at Chadstone VS.
