No customer care and little to no service or attentiveness. Approached one of the staff members who seemed so unhappy to be there, no smile, could barely hear her she was speaking so quietly. She was more interested in packing items away than helping. I asked for an item that they have on their website in stock and she says ‘no we don’t have that’ nothing else…no offer to find something else, no more information given. Was ready to spend a few hundred dollars and now will never buy from them. Its not difficult to invest in your team members and train them to just provide the basics….

Rude security guard in front of the door. Made customer feeling uncomfortable. Very disappointed…. Won’t back again.

This is fake Victoria Secret licensed shop.
They don't follow Victoria Secret rule.
It should disappear in Australia market.

The manager (she also answer phone) will yell at your face and be rude

No refund! No exchange!

Basically you are not allowed

1. No Refund unless you bought damaged item but you gonna prove it is not from you

2. Cannot try on panties but still no exchange size even you come back in 30min

You can only exchange bra size if they have your size one.otherwise, you are forced to change to store credit or have to get another color they have because no refund.

You bought match color panties with the bra? Sorry we don't have your bra size to exchange!

This is sad for Victoria secret.

I used to live in America and Victoria secret was my all time favorite.
Victoria Secret is known for not just fashion show and style but also good customer service.

As long as the product is clean, original tag attached, have receipts, you are welcome to exchange and refund no matter what and they say thanks.

The fitting room has disposable panties you can wear to check under wear size.
Staffs always eager to provide to measure size for you and help you.

I've been to Australia now six months and wondered why they don't have VS and this is why BRA AND THINGS took over with best service.

The staff are rude, judgmental and arrogant. The girl who approached me today rolled her eyes when I said I was just looking. The security guard was just as rude, publicly yelling at me while leaving the store. I have never felt so belittled and judged in my life.
Also, next time you’re scared of someone stealing, don’t lie and say that the change rooms are closed because “someone’s on their break and will be back in 15 minutes” when we waited for half an hour.
Boycotting this brand and so is every single one of my friends and followers.
Save your money and shop somewhere else!

Scary security guy at VS was extremely rude & unprofessional. Shouting & screaming to innocent teenager customers, without letting them to speak/explain their situation. (Shouting shut up! I m calling the manager!)

Despite VS Staff/supervisor/manager were all really kind & understanding, the damage was done.

The outing was supposed to be celebrating our daughters birthday with dinning at Chadston, end up having such traumatic experience with upset stomach & lots of crying afterwards recalling the horrifying traumatic experience!

Please go through your one star reviews, 3 of them mentioned rude security guy at the entrance of your store (1,2 & 5 months ago) There is definitely something wrong with your current security guy on duty!?

Still no feed back/response from VS management since 4/3/23 (regarding that horrible in-house security guy who seemed to enjoy treating normal shoppers as criminals often, especially against the powerless teenagers)

Be prepared to be humiliated visiting this store.

Went into Victoria secret today, right off the bat i had an amazing experience, one of the best customer service i must say! All the girls were very approachable and very friendly!

Boxing Day sale at Chadstone, as soon as I left the payment counter, I realized I have been overcharged one of the sale item. The staff did not apologies of the wrong pricing, but insisted it was a full price without checking the sign on the table stated $8.95 each. They also cross the wrong item on the receipt when providing a refund. Not a single word to say sorry to the customer!

Went to the shop yesterday 6pm. The lady at the door was nice. But the two ladies in the fitting room (on the right hand side one) were horrible, chatting loudly like they were not at work. One of them in white shirt wearing glasses was rude to me.

The security man at the front of the store was rude I tried to go inside with a trolley and he rudely stopped me and said no trolleys are allowed inside and when the lady in the store said I could put it inside on the side of the store he shook his head and spoke in his language to her and just kept pointing at the trolley. The lady inside was so nice and apologised but he was just rude about the whole situation, felt like he could’ve addressed it better

This store has great customer service and the ladies are very kind. They can be intense as sometimes I don't need help but its there job. Recommend going!

Loved their scents specially Bombshell Passion, seduction and floral. Store was big with a great variety of lingerie too.

Didn't purchase anything but staff was friendly and attentive, kept checking if I need anything while browsing.

I visited the Chadstone store today really unsure of sizing. All of the girls were beyond helpful and so genuine, had lovely conversations with a few of them. I was made to feel so comfortable and left with perfectly fitting, amazing quality products! The whole fitting experience is genius, I was shown various styles and colours until I found the perfect fit for me. Thank you for making my shopping experience so positive and easy - can’t wait for my next visit!

Hard to get service or at least a smile if you aren't a model. Limited stock if you aren't a 32C, and the stock they do have in anything bigger than 32C comes in black and neutral, no designs or nicer colours. Super disappointing after good experiences at this store previously.

Great customer service. Love the personal attention and help with fitting and finding the right style for me. I was quite surprised to see all the really bad reviews about customer service when I received such good treatment. First, I was measured up and asked what styles I like. Second, I was fitted and given a lot of different styles to try on. Based on how they felt and how I like them, they gave me more styles like that. Finally, they took me back out onto the floor to pick the colours I liked for the bras I had chosen.
It is a little expensive but so are the other bra stores and I never get this much service.
They had quite a good variety of sizes which I was happy about too.

Non existent customer service. Limited range and not much in sizes over 32/34. A little older so ignored by staff.

Worst customer service. Just asked for help and they all just ran away from me.

So much for the Victoria Secret service of the past. Used to love shopping here.

Staff non existant and the two I did see were busy with a guy who came in looking for (insert name). They said she wasn't in and could tell her he came. Then proceeded to run and giggle around the store watching him leave like 14 year Olds with a crush.

The store is tiny compared to what it was on my first visit. (I live in NSW). I have been waiting to come back down to get some comfy undies but those styles no longer exist! So now I'll have to order off the US site. Absolute waste of a hour getting there from our hotel
