Great service and knowledgeable staff that care about their clients and are not about the $$. Follow up call after my treatment to check in really meant a lot to me as it was a sensitive treatment and my first time and I wasn’t expecting this extra service so this really blew me away - thanks ladies!

Slight wait for our first consultation but otherwise very professional and friendly given we had our 3 year old with us. Questions were explained clearly and patiently. Nice clinic and central location with lots of nearby parking.

Professionals who really know their stuff. My skin was in very bad shape when I changed to Vic Dermal, working with Sofia regularly and following a clear plan for my skin it has never looked better. I have tried a number of other options in Melbourne but Vic Dermal is by far the best.

I went to the Kew location to have a consult on pigmentation and was thoroughly impressed by how professional and friendly the entire staff is. I have started out with a chemical peel and will be doing laser ever two weeks. Can't recommend the skincare professionals here enough!

Every time I have visited Victorian Dermal Group it has been a great experience. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. From consultation through to treatment, I cannot fault them. I even received some follow phone calls after the initial treatments to ensure everything was okay and to answer any questions. Highly recommend!

I went in for laser tattoo removal and the girls at VIC dermal were all so sweet and made me feel super comfortable and they really give a lot of time, attention and care when dealing with me. Laser removal is really painful but the care from the girls made things a lot better!

Such lovely, friendly staff members who really know how to treat every issue or concern. Prices are very reasonable and the variety of treatments available is very reassuring.
