I have been doing my treatment for my post surgery scar in this clinic.

For the last 2 treatments which I spend $1,100.00 which were meant to dismiss the redness, I didn’t notice anything afterwards, in fact it does get WORSE. I explained to them during the last treatment, and they did acknowledge it and explained that it’s also because of my skin tone. I mean, I would like to hear it before I started anything, especially for a treatment that costs $550.00 per session.

I canceled my appointment, and they called me because of it, and when I explained to them about my disappointment regarding they made my scar looking worse, the unreasonable cost, and how I still needed to pay although they made it worse, the lady said “Well, we hope to see you soon”, and I just looked at my phone in disbelief.

Please do more research, at the end I have spent $3,800.00 in this clinic and notice not too much of difference. Thanks VDG.

I am generally quite nervous about these type of appointments, but needed to do something about my skin. I initially consulted with Diane who welcomed me with a warm and gentle approach and formulated my treatment plan. At my first treatment appointment, although expecting to see Diane, I was pleasantly greeted by Emily who made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my first course of treatment.

I must commend all the staff from front desk (Catherine? I believe was professionalism. I left both my appointments knowing my skin is in great hands and can't wait for the final results.
