I love coming into the clinic because of the staff the treatment variety and products. Best of all loving the results of my skin and I am walking around more confident and love showing off my face without make up. There is a treatment for all skin types and no matter what I need help with they have the treatment for it. Happy customer.

I wouldn't recommend Vic institute, it feels like the doctors are encouraged to prescribe medicine sold by Vic Cosmetic which are over priced and not worthwhile. I recommend going to a doctor that is not associated by a company so that you can get an objective view and be prescribed medicines that are more reasonably priced
They didn't treat me as a patient and ran it more like a business to maximise profit. On multiple occasions they gave me the wrong products and when paying 130 dollars plus I thought this would be more organised. They would also try to give me similar products to the one I wanted just because they have them in stock instead of first telling me they could order some more. Wouldn't recommend Vic cosmetic.

I would not recommend this place to anyone with pigmentation. After spending approximately $2500, my pigmentation is worse than what it when I started the treatment. So disappointed
