I discovered Victoria Cosmetic Institute during the Melbourne COVID-19 lockdowns, and I was impressed by the highly professional and warm ambiance they provided, especially during such challenging times. The staff members were friendly and attentive, ensuring that I received high-quality treatments that yielded beautiful results. I'd like to give a special mention to Liz, a kind nurse who was always there to assist me, and Taylor Brown, who performed magical facials.
I had the privilege of being a patient of Dr. Aliaa before she joined Victoria Cosmetic Institute. I must say that her integrity and professionalism are truly outstanding. Dr. Aliaa is one of the most talented and gifted doctors I have ever come across, and I consider myself fortunate to know her. My final results1 week out of surgery (the second surgery) is already remarkable - everything is so flat! Hardly any bloating with no pain - instead I experienced stiffness similar to hitting the weights hard after not going to the gym for a couple of months. All in all, the process was a smooth one where I felt the warmth from every person I interacted with.

I have been attending VCI for over six years now and they have always been brilliant. Mariam has transformed my skin with her knowledge of treatments and skincare.

Unfortunately I'm not happy with the treatment for melasma still there same as before.

VCI is the only place I keep coming back to for my anti-wrinkle! All of the staff are extremely friendly and the doctors I have seen have been very honest and knowledgeable in getting longevity out of my treatments. I saw Dr Rowan Flanagan today and I didn’t feel a single thing, I actually took a nap in the chair. He was lovely to chat to and I felt very comfortable throughout. Highly recommend seeing Rowan.

I was chosen to participate in a training day with Dr Chan and Dr Rowan. 9 years ago at age 36 I had a hysterectomy/oophorectomy, a short time after this I lost all the fat in my face and temples due to hormone loss. Dr Chan and Dr Rowan injected fillers in my temples and fillers and xeomin in my forehead. While I will need a top up due to the severe hollowing I initially had, I’m very happy with the results, I can put my hair back without being embarrassed by the hollowing.
I’ve also been a smoker for a long time xeomin was used to try and remove some lines around the mouth, Botox has never worked for me and I’m hoping xeomin will help, if not I’ll be trying something else. I’m very happy I saw Dr Chan as he used ultrasound on my temples and forehead to make sure he didn’t hit arteries, lucky for me this was used as he told me they were in the injection site and I had to be treated differently than his other clients. I would recommend Dr Chan to anyone who’s thinking of having cosmetic work done. I was made to feel comfortable, relaxed and he is a funny guy. I’m thankful for the work he’s done to bring my face back to life

I see Monika at Victorian Cosmetics Institute and have found her to be professional, friendly and truly easy to engage with. I have felt heard and Monika always spends time to discuss what my needs are while providing me with realistic, person centred care. All her advice and knowledge on treatments and skin care are evidence based which has provided me with the confidence to feel good about my skin and the care regime I now use religiously. I saw nurse Monika for a cosmo peel forte. She made my experience so comfortable, was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. It’s the most beautiful clinic and I’m extremely happy with my experience. Not too long ago had an appoint with Tayla. She’s the best explained in detailed about the whole process of the treatment and was super friendly. She really knows what’s she’s doing and makes you feel as comfortable as possible. Booked in my next appointment!
