I've been to Vichouse a few times for Xrays and CT scans and commend them for there professionalism and good service.

Had a shoulder hydrodilation in 2020 for a frozen shoulder. Unfortunately the procedure made the problem worse and has caused further injury to the shoulder and now undergoing long term treatment to try to reverse the shoulder damage. The staff here are friendly though.

I have been here for various imaging requirements - primarily hip joint and lumbar spine. The clinic offers excellent service and high quality imaging, and the customer service is also top notch.

The women in the reception aren't welcoming and friendly. They don't smile especially the woman who sits on the second computer on the right. People like this lady shouldn't be in customer service because people who come here need more compassion and some empathy not negativity and coldness!

This is my second appointment here and I must say that all the staff are wonderful, the doctors are great, and they all love small talk and a joke or two to make you feel at ease. They also have free secure off the street parking! Definitely recommend.

Dr Rotstein, Maggie, Georgia and Pammie were very professional in their care of my mother before and post cortisone injections to her back.
Thank you for making her experience so much better than what she anticipated.

A Very professional and helpful receptionist with red hair. I can’t remember her name but she went over and above what was asked of her with obtaining my Medicare details for bulk billing. Very prompt, kind and courteous staff!

Update: After the negative feedback I was contacted by Victoria House Medical customer care. I am very grateful for the phone call and the way the situation was managed. Appreciate the second assessment done by Dr. O'Shea.

Only place i trust to inject plasma into my knee and arm. These Doctors are best at this type of treatment. The nurses are just wonderful and very informative and very kind.
I will be booking again next week for another shot as it done wonders for my knee pain. I had good pain relief for 4 months.

A visit to a medical center without having to sit and wait for my turn came to a reality today morning. I was still at the reception desk signing my declaration form when suddenly the medical attendant came from inside and called out my name to come in for my CT Scan. ZERO waiting time. Simply Marvellous!

Terrible acknowledgement. Called up to reschedule my appointment as I was suffeing from extreme back pain. They canceled my appointment even when I told them I will try to be there on time. The lady said no one will scan me even if I am 5 mins late. Utterly rude and extremely poor customer service. Will never recommend

Service is very professional but car parking and vehicle movement arrangements are sub-standard. Doctors (presumably there for longer than each patient) park right outside the door while patients park down a long laneway remote from the receptions area. Then when driving out thee is no clearly marked exit at the rear so cars drive back up the laneway where there is often room for only one car to pass.

Very professional and reassuring staff helped me through my mri scan. Will definately return for any further treatment.
