Victoria House Medical Imaging

Execllent medical team, however extremely rude front desk staff. I spoke to 2-3 receptionists from over-the-phone booking to payment, and they are consistently rude, impatient about even the tiniest question you have about the procedure. Made me feel very uncomfortable. Would not return and strongly suggest management reassess team culture.

Expect very poor service from the receptionist/s. The young man I got rude, insensitive and patronising when I didn't know the correct medical lingo. For a practise that is meeting with people that are going in for scary and vulnerable scans, this was disgusting and as others have mentioned - it's obvious there is no training or the receptionists don't care about the patients. I didn't get a ultrasound here.

Today I went to Victoria House for a Hydrodilatation. I was absolutely petrified but staff there were wonderful. Sally went above and beyond to put me at ease and the procedure performed by Dr Frank Burke was so much easier than I could have imagined. Thanks to all for looking after me so well.

It's new, clean, spacious, they ran on time and they were very kind and thoroughly explained what was going on. Very happy indeed.

Telephoned, waited on the line for 30 mins, noone answered. Tried to schedule a call back, the function did not work. Cannot book on line.

All staff that I have dealt with have been great, reception to the x-ray technician and doctor. I also had the u/s technician, Daniel, who is lovely and extremely skilled. I go here for any imaging as it's a place that also has doctors on site for certain imaging and procedures. Prices may be higher, but you are paying for skilled technicians and doctors, and for imaging that is important.

I was referred to Victoria House for an MRI on both shoulders. Subsequently I had the hydrodilitation procedure done on my shoulder - a technique that was pioneered by Dr Frank Bourke in 1989. Victoria House have done over 100,000 hydrodilitation procedures so you are in good hands. The staff were fabulous and re-assuring, from the reception folk to the radiologist who performed the hydrodilitation. As someone who does not like dealing with medical anything, it was a great experience.

Only went for an X ray but the staff were friendly and efficient!
Had my X-ray done and walked out within 15 minutes with pictures and I didn’t even have an appointment

First time attending Victoria House for shoulder hydrodilitation procedure as I have been in agony with pain. Accolades to all staff. They are a real team of professionals. Marg the nurse was so kind & caring. Whilst performing the procedure Dr Frank Burke explained in detail. His compassion & optimism was sincere. Thank you so much.

Booked a breast imaging appointment online after getting a referral from my GP (had to select "breast imaging - bilateral", enter my date of birth and upload the referral during the booking process). Received a call saying that they don't offer this service at this location - and that they couldn't rebook me into a different location, and would just cancel my booking. All in all pretty unhelpful - honestly, update your website so that patients can only book services you actually offer.

Everyone I was in contact with via phone or in person was kind, professional, and accommodating. The free parking goes a long way - one less thing to worry about. Stay safe, well, and blessed everyone

Had an easy, quick and fuss free spinal X-ray this morning, and was treated so wonderfully by the lovely woman taking care of me! Thank you!

I had an appointment this morning and a lovely Nurse called Karen was looking after me. She was fantastic, she put me a ease, explained the whole procedure and was such a friendly face to see on a Monday morning. Very well run centre. Very Experienced clinicians. Sonologist -Stephen and Radiologist- Dr Thomas. Had a cortisone injn to my adductor tendon with very good effect. Painfree in 3-4 days.
Had tried same injn with another centre prior to this one, and they had missed the spot.

My 6 year old has not stopped talking about Dr Grabinski since her consult. No mean feat to take a sore kid and turn her whole mood around. What a legend.

Medical stuff was fine, but they had quoted for a procedure. After the procedure (when I had to pay in a hospital gown), they reneged and told me it was $40 more. I informed them that I had been quoted a lower price, but they refused to accept it. Not in a great position to argue I accepted, but was not happy - hence this review.

I’ll never understand some of the lower reviews this place gets. The staff that work here are very genuine and caring about their patients. The same people have worked here for 10+ years which says a lot about the company and the people working there. All around great place to go if you want the best possible care and results for your money.

The Victoria House team went above and beyond their jobs. I was looked after with such care and wisdom from all involved. From reception, to the radiologist, and the Sonographer. What an amazing team.thank you!
