I cannot complain about the amazing food and incredible waiting staff, however the bar manager who introduced himself as Allan was nothing but rude and arrogant. What was a hectic night for the hotel, ended ruining our dining experience due to Allan's abrupt rude nature. Disappointed we had to wait outside for 30mins and told by Allan that 2 of his staff had passed out due to the heat.
Allan hurried our orders and made us feel like we were and inconvenience. We would have expected a manager to be more accommodating and professional, not needing to know his staffing issues.
